I cannot believe it. After listened your video about hidden job, I applied for over 50 people. Finally, one person passed the application, and actively send a message: I saw you are looking for a ft position. We need someone like you, do you mind to have a prior short period intern?
Oh my gosh.... IT DOES EXIST. Even if you don't actively send message for job or a coffe talk, the person still give you a "gift"!

Merry Christmas I just found youre channel. It gave me a lot inside. I wanted to ask about when and how to ask for a pay raise. I stated to work for architecture firm in visualizations departament and I’m just finishing introductory period. Do you think this is a good moment to ask for pay raise and if yes how much can I ask for and how do I go about it.
