Notice what comes after the anxious verse, it's praying:we can make a declaration all day long about no longer freaking out but without prayer to the Father and thanks giving we will be never come to that circle in our life.🙏
We cannot overcome anxiety first without seeking God and His righteousness Matt.6:33.

we need more of this biblical teaching and studying like this in the church. To many topical sermons that cherry pick verses without context nowadays. Thank you for your teaching and thank you for teaching me how to study on my own.

Guys I’m worried I’ve committed the unforgivable sin. I feel no remorse,no guilt and no convictions for my sins. My lustful thoughts got the best of me and refused to repent. My heart is hardened in sin and feel hopeless. Please help

Pray to God for forgiveness. Repent. Read the Bible always. And seek counselor from pastor of your church. It will take time to overcome this sinful nature but you will be free by God grace and love. Hope I helped 😇. God bless you.

The unforgivable sin is forever rejecting the Holy Spirit's witness that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior. All other sins can be forgiven.
Repentance isn't a feeling, but a change. If the change comes from human strength, we are in trouble because we are fickle. It is God who changes our hearts and minds through is Word and Spirit.
Also, feeling guilty doesn't help atone for our sins. Jesus Christ paid the full price. Our job is to confess the sin, accept that He has paid the price for it, and pray for a heart change to put away the sin.

That's a lie coming from the enemy. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I cannot claim to be a example to follow, but you must embrace absolute humility before God. Pray and seek His face always, turning to Scripture, focusing on pursuing God rather than avoiding sin. Volunteer at your church, join a disciple group if you can, go to a bible study, does not matter where. Ignore your feelings, trust that God shall never lose one of His sheep. Your head is not your friend in moments like this, God is. Most important by far, something I fail too much: pray without ceasing. If rebellious Jonah can turn to prayer after foolishly trying to run from God who omnipresent, so can you. Maybe a small personal study of that book is in order? You shall see that God is with you, even this very moment. Talk to Him. Remember the times He has worked good and thank Him for those times. If God commands us to forgive others no matter the circumstance, He surely will forgive you. God loves you my man. As the scriptures say, a great cloud of witnesses cheer us, including you, on.
Pray to understand these things, pray to apply them, and pray to desire Him above all, and everything else shall find its own way eventually.
