Unfortunately the LFA only received a rather outdated 6 speed auto. It’s still quite fast, but a dct or even a well driven manual could improve the time a bit.
Is it same 6 speed from the 350/ls430?
@@valicevids9804 I don’t think so. I believe that transmission was made specifically for the LFA.
It's actually from what I remember a single clutch transmission instead of Dual clutch transmission so SCT

ppl saying 3.7 with 580hp is slow for a rwd car? An e63 does 0-60 in 3.3 with 603 hp and awd. Lfa is still quick lol.

LFA was definitely quick for it’s time and still quick today. People called it slow because the GT-R at the time was quicker to 60. But only by a little, and that car had the benefits of turbos, AWD, and extremely short gearing. The LFA was quicker through the 1/4 and absolutely walks away from the GT-R afterwards.
IS F is surprisingly fast

I agree! People who call F cars , F sports or say it’s the same thing are not well informed. One is bred in the race track the other is just a regular car with no performance. One has a v8 the other has a 4 or 6 cylinder.

so slow (except LFA) for 500hp's but very reliable
Honestly the GS F and RC F had poor launches. They can do 4.5-4.6 seconds no problem.
Dudes like you that say cars like these are slow have probably never driven anything even close to that fast 😂
