That Delboeuf Illusion is a trick I learned to control portions. Putting the food on a smaller plate makes it feel like you're eating more food! Makes it less likely I go in for seconds. I also drink water and wait about 30 minutes to see if I'm actually hungry for seconds, or if I just want to eat more for the sake of tasting how good it was again

It's kind of a dieting trick to get you to the next meal time, but if you have enough discipline it works. I use it cause I'm always putting myself on a budget. I love that the theorist channels are just one chaotic family. Mat being the dad enjoying his retirement with the kids taking over the family business, Lee is the chill older brother, Santi and Tom being the middle kids with that sibling rivalry, and Amy is the lovable youngest
