This is my first time listening to you & I enjoyed all of your perspectives. I can relate very well to your views. You speak so clearly getting right to the point. My book club just finished this book and in our meeting today I will hear their reviews. I personally enjoyed it and what was conveyed in the book is still happening today especially to people of color. Love your review & will continue to tune in. Peace and right to the point.
This is not a hate channel nor I want to spread hate. I have nothing against Brie Larson (as I said in the video, I think she is a great actress and I’ve enjoyed her films) I only mentioned how the description of Elizabeth Zott didn’t feel like Larson. I will still watch the adaptation and I encourage everyone to read this novel. As I said, it’s focus on female connections is one of its best aspects.
Well it happens! When I get bored or I don't like a book I try to spot what elements I disliked so I can use that information for my next read. Although sometimes doing this makes me realize that I liked more things than the ones I disliked initally. Thanks for watching tho!

I really liked her in Room and Captain Marvel, so we will have to wait for the adaptation!
