@Mei Bi people who make content ofc want to make money off of their content and if they want to make more content ads help pay for that, sure they suck but they gotta make money somehow and they deserve to make that money for the effort they put in to making videos for us.
This channel has managed to bring people into the spotlight that typically have an under appreciated life. People who originally had nothing to their name beyond the skills of their obscure craft but through the power of the internet they have achieved a kind of minor celebrity status. Some have even visibly improved their well being because of the boom in business this channel brings.
I can appreciate what you're trying to say, but there are literally hundreds of other channels just like this one doing the same thing.
I love how Manoj has improved his shop and life due to these videos. It is relaxing to watch, and awesome to see people being recognized for their talent.

Actually male or female they are called a masseuse because they are not registed by a governing body, or had enough education or knowledge of anatomy and musculature of the body to be called a massage "therapist". As someone who took an rmt course i can tell you some of what she is doing would never be recomended by professionals. (Only reason im not registerd is because i graduated from college 2 weeks before covid started. )

@Salvador Ortiz the arm twisting and cracking, putting force on the neck without it being supported, so when she had the head bent forward with the chin to the chest, the way she pulls/cracks the knuckles. any adjustments (cracking) should only be done by a chiro. Pretty much the only "massage" she did appropriately was some of the neck treatment and the hand massage up until she cracked her knuckles. You can pull on fingers and cracking or popping may happen accidentally, but u should never be putting that much force to the point where shes using enough force to make such a loud noise with the fingers.

To "stop" mid-roll ads, as the video starts, slide the bar ALL the way to the end. Give it a second to load (nothing will play). Then hit the replay icon in middle of the viewing window. RUclips thinks you played the video all the way and the ads disappear. Adds like another 30 seconds.

In my experience, if you have a migraine a scalp massage with even some gentle hair grasp and pull as you do can help so much. Depending on the headache or migraine temples or other specific areas of the head may feel best to focus on.
Also if you massage in general, unless you are doing circles, follow through and out with your strides so you push the energy out. If feels soooo much better then just pushing or pulling then stop.

Don't be apprehensive about this method of skull cracking. Its very popular in India and really effective. Trust me, gives u instant relief from headaches n relaxes u on the spot. Dunno how it works but I hv experienced it n its amazing.

You guys... I finally did it. After trying many many times over a period of months, I figured out a trick. I had my hair up in a tight bun all day. Then, I took a hot shower and in the shower I gave myself a head massage with conditioner with a lot of slapping, rubbing and scratching like in the videos... and then it worked in three different spots😝! It felt really weird, and obviously it’s the scalp that pops, not the hair itself.

I'm Southeast asian,scalp cracking is very common here. Usually done when you have migraine/headache. I myself know how to do this since I was a teen loll
i know it looks good and all but its(scalp popping) actually really bad for your scalp and your hair. You could pull out hair. You might create folliculitis, or even tear your scalp. it can cause inflammation and redness of the scalp and also causes the skin to tear, which can lead to an infection. In general, its not really recommended by medical professionals. Apart from scalp popping, the rest of it is really great for the body because it helps drain the lymphatic system and soothes nerve endings and blood vessels.

My MIL is Chinese and swears by these places. Some might be open. Though truly, it’s safer to stay home you wouldn’t want to risk catching this virus right now. I had it months ago and still am not better, I was terrified for my baby as well who also got sick. Ask your partner, BFF, Mum, anyone close to you if they would do massage for you. Hang in there. ❤️

Honestly, i've tried it when my migraine attack me at the night, i got help from my mom or my dad to crack my hair around the area that you felt a lot of tension. It's felt so good and refreshing tho.

I have chronic migraines and wonder if this would help too. If you haven't yet, I would suggest to start keeping a food journal. Sometimes a mild allergy to food can present as a headache. And if you have migraines, some foods can be a trigger. Doctors don't always mention this unfortunately! I hope you figure it out and find relief!😊

Edited: actually one of my friend had done this to my hair, it was few years back and i still dont know how to do it myself, it was good and makes ur head even lighter. You can feel the tension release out of your head. No cAp 😘🇲🇾

Let me just say, ya’ll I had someone do the hair crack/pull thing to me... AND I DID NOT ENJOY IT AT ALL. It might have released some tension that was in the hair muscle (what I’m guessing) but it burned like a mother for a solid 30 minutes. 10/10 would never do again 😅

My mom said she had a friend who always did hair cracking to her and it did not hurt. Maybe you need someone skilled because not everyone can learn it.

Fascia is a membrane that surrounds the muscle (think of that thin film on meat under the skin) and when the muscle gets tight the fascia forms to that shorter muscle length. Doing fascia release helps allow the muscle to lengthen back out easier."
