Felt so calm and relaxed watching this. Got so relaxed I reflected on where I was in life. Being in college, I feel like I live in a constant state of anxiety of when things are due. When I was relaxing to this video I just thought of how I have one semester left until I have a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. A deeper feeling of at peace came over me after this reflection and I credit the videos calmness for helping me get there to this realization. Thank you.
