Awesome Video, Kuraish. I have been doing Sit ups, Crunches, Leg Raises and planks for many years, and started on the Ab Wheel recently. You are correct. The Ab Wheel is at another level. Only those with strong Ab muscles can do the Standing Ab Wheel exercise. Keep up the good work
