Like the video. I prefer to tire shine before wheel shine. So I don’t have to hit my wheel twice. Good demo of your product.
thats exactly what i do as well
Smart, never thought about that! Always gets on my wheels after cleaning them sooo good 😆😆
I use a leaf blower to dry the truck and wheels ... works great
Hooked On Diesel best way to not scratch it.... I thought it was crazy and people that did it were some kinda special... Then i got a black truck... Now i do the same....especially once i ceramic coated it.... Soooo easy to dry
I5ZQ8 I know right totally saves time blow it off and get chrome clean and the biggest is the air pushes all the water out from any lug nuts and behind the tow mirrors as well glad to see I'm not the only one who uses a leaf blower my neighbor always looked at me funny then I seen him doing it to his truck 👍🇺🇸👊
🙃Like that idea !
Great vid! just got some black wheels for my suv! 👍
That stuff smells awesome too!
no one else notice he’s washing the truck in yeezys
nobody cares
Whats a yeezy?
@@THXIIIRTEEN those where like 1000$ back then. So bro was up up if he cleaning cars in those😂
This method still scratches the hell out of my wheels
Lol wow no reply
Wow y’all cleaned a wheel that was already clean
And we did a good job too!🤙
I just got my wheels painted white. They did not use clear coat (very upset about that) will this work to keep them clean?
Yes it will help!
What wash would u use for a 2 piece black and chrome wheel?
Check our store out for what to use! They're all labeled and straight forward! bit.ly/2MNgWY0
Idk how good this stuff is, but you can get chemical guys, adams, ammo nyc and other top notch products cheaper than this. I’m a fan of custom offsets but just saying this seems pretty steep on the pricing
Will this process work if I got red painted wheels? (Fuel Triton D691) if not what would be my best option?
Yes it would!
If i go threw an automated car wash will it scratch the wheels?
Just make sure to do a touchless one!
@@CustomOffsetsTV for sure. Thanks!
Where can I order that cleaning kit from
Right here man - www.customwheeloffset.com/store/truck-cleaning-kits
What about red rims ?
Same process
Well seems well but how to prevent light scratches on rims? Used a brand new micro- cloth to dry and end up slightly scratches on my rims.( Black coated)
Im all new to this and im curious on what all you use to not only clean your wheels/tires but the vehicle too. Any help will be appreciated!
He needs to do all the how to videos the other one on the same subject sucked
them yeezys hahaha
I hate when people wash already clean wheels 🤦🏾♂️
Hahaha extra clean though
Yall do to much 😂 its just a fucking rim put some dish soap nd a old rag nd wash them , materialistic things can always be replaced/ upgraded
Yeah how about you make a video of how to get stuck on brake dust off your painted wheels because i assure you this painted wheel shine kit doesn't clean shit! I spent $60 on this garbage. I washed my wheelz every week and now the build up of brake dust is so bad my 4 month old aluminum black painted wheels are rusting in spots
Dish soap does the same shit
Tell that to Matt C above, he's trying to clean his wheels with a shine kit instead of a SOAP KIT, what a moron.
Does anyone know if I can power wash my spray painted alloys to clean them without damaging them?
Is this kit good for protecting your wheels in the winter? I live in Wisconsin too, I’m getting my anthem wheels soon and was gonna run them this winter if this kit protects them otherwise I won’t run them
It'll help, best bet is to ceramic coat them, and then continually washing them helps!
Way to go Fuller good job👍
Should this work on powder coated wheels
Yes!
Down dish soap works just as well if down is safe enough to wash animals covered in oil it's safe enough for painted and chrome wheels.
Can you do one on polish ones
What fender flares are those?
The way you beat water spots is by using deionized water. When you clean the wheels instead of a wash mat you can use a boars hair brush to get into all the cracks and crevices. Id suggest drying with a blower but if you don't have one just simply use a MICROFIBER towel. I repeat a MICROFIBER. and when washing a microfiber use warm water and use a microfiber soap. And when putting in the dryer always put it on TUMBLE or LOW HEAT. If not just air dry it. Trust me guys you'll thank me later and you won't scratch up your rims.
Great knowledge explain how to get hard water spots and stuck on brake dust off without destroying black painted wheels because this kit doesn't deter either of those things
@@kick_then_shift Well first off who in the hell makes such an investment into such wheels without protecting them to begin with?
@@kick_then_shift Second off I would say if they are that trashed and there is no saving them then buy new wheels or get em painted. I mean after all your spending money for that type anyways then you must have the funds to paint em.
someone who was sold this detail from the video being told it would clean and protect their wheels... damn bro the comment was a compliment and a question for help... the wheels are only a few months old and have a few tiny spots of brake dust that nothing so far would take off. chemical guys wheel cleaner didnt help either... i want to polish the wheels but want to remove the break dust that stuck in the tight corners...
@@kick_then_shift in that case put iron decon on it. Chemical Guys would do good for the mlst part but if its really bad use "Iron X" from CarPro. Nothing acidic.
