Andys the Bob Ross of Modelling, so easy to watch.
I second this notion.
Needs more happy trees
And a wondering stream and of course happy accidents. 🤓😜🤣🤣
@@Badbunny666 There are a lot of little happy tanks instead.
Great inspiration for some of us Mediocre Modelers. I will have to get this kit, working on Meng Panther D right now.
Andy i love your way to build a model the way YOU want it, and not superhypermegarealistic. This is a hobby that should let you do a model of whatever it is exactly the way you want it by yourself. I hate it when there are people complaining about an incorrect srew or camo etc... Thanks for your great videos, they are always a pleasure to watch!
Totally agree,cheers
Rivet counters.... they take all the fun out of building models..... I seceded to paint my YB-40 Pink...… could not get the metal finish correct ...
I can't agree more, Daniel..!
Thank You for reviewing this, been looking at this kit. Outstanding job as usual.
Really cool camo and weathering job!!!!👍🏼 looks amazing!
Andy, I am just in awe of your talent!! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Hello Andy, my name is Jonah and I live in Sedona Arizona, I’ve been watching your videos for a while and just went to your store in Glendale, I absolutely love it in person more than video I got to seeAll the models that you’ve done and your wonderful collection, it was amazing walking in the door and seeing where you are filming your videos,I am proud to say I am a proud owner of one of your shirts now , the shop Keep that was there helped me out with picking out some paints and giving me advice, I will visit your store again very soon keep doing everything that you’re doing and inspiring young model builders to do something productive. Your fan -Jonah
Ps. I’d love for you to do the tamiya early production m4 Sherman!
That's awesome. I wasn't all that keen on the camouflage at first but it grew on me as your weathering progressed. Nice job. I want one!
Nice camo/ paint job Andy, I really like this one!!
Thanks again Andy.
You are great modeller.
I hope at we can see some day in your shop.
When I watched your video I tried to get this kit. I could not find it anywhere. Then you sent me an email of new products and there was the kit. I ordered the kit and you sent it to me in record time. I am currently building kits for other people so my Tiger builds will have to wait. Thank you for your videos and your great service.
Outstanding job and presentation -- as always!!
Your video s are better then others have out their your s are tops in my book hands down my friend. Thom😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😌😌😌😌😀😀
Great video as always! If you have the time, I would love to see you build that new M60A1 from Takom! It would be nice to see a more modern desert build!
Hi Andy I have this Ammo King tiger and plan to build the July 1945 version. Thanks for the tips on how the the suspension arms are to go on the lower hull. Great paint and weathering job on the Tiger2.
Oh Andy, now I have to go and find another tank to buy! Great Work!
I actually really liked it when it was black and white, I thought it must be designed for snowy countries. The end result is really great too.
Another beauty! Very well done.
Brilliant video Andy, love the diorama at the end. Keep them coming 👍👍👍👍
Well,am working on Tamiya Tiger l right now the old Tiger l video you made helped a lot
Thank you
From:Thailand
Looks incredible! Fantastic
Hey Andy ,I’m from Malaysia
Your videos are really gave me a lot of ideals and tutorials
Really love your videos
I love the paint job - reminds me of the Panther tank they have at Bovington Tank museum which is almost that exact colour scheme (it's featured in one of their own RUclips videos) - I think you got it pretty spot on
looks like it's been sitting outside a museum since the war. THX
Nice kit and cool buildup!
After watching any of yours vids Andy I always go and start a new model as it puts me in the mood to build 😃😃ben 😃😃😃
Next build for sure! Amazing finish sir
Ahhh two of my favorite things in the same vid, Andy and a King tiger. Real shame I can only leave one like :)
I enjoy watching your channel, even though I’ve given up modeling. I just don’t have the skills, the time, or the money to do a good job. I bought an airbrush but I never touched it - there’s so much artistic ability needed, building became a chore I just can’t do well. Even so, it’s very enjoyable watching you build up the Tamiya kits, those were always easier than Trumpeter (which I grew to hate). Never knew you were in Glendale, I used to live there.
Andy.... you make model building enjoyable... on ya mate, cheers from Aussieland
Great work! Always excellent!
Im just building the meag porsher king tiger love you channel andy 😉
Excellent job Andy : a What if ??? That Looks like IT WAS !!! Till next time, God Bless All
Excellent job Andy
Good work man :) beautiful Tiger
Spectacular work
Very nice work!
Another fantastic show
Very, very nice !!!
Just ordered this kit. I didn't want the full interior version. If it turns out half as well as Andy's, I'll be pleased.
Another great job Andy.....
Hey Andy. On some parts you could easily scratch off the paint before cement to make a stronger joint.
superbe peinture comme d’habitude. :)
On the one hand you get the "Oh dear, ANOTHER King Tiger kit ..." But as you watch you start to think "Yeah, but it's a bloody AWESOME King Tiger Kit !"
Awesome as always, Andy!
Thanks Brian
Hello!
Thank you for all the good things you do for us...
Will you please do some more soldiers figures!
Great tank. More dioramas please!
Man that looks awesome! that does look like Luca's toothbrush tho hehe
Yes that is really cool awesome and I been waiting so long for a new video and u are the best
Thumbs up from Scotland :)
Andy I've watched your videos for a long time. I love them your best quotes for a new t-shirt line "light Sienna".
"And I gone ahead and ordered the Friulmodel tracks but they just haven't arrived" also it would be awsome if you added the the light Sienna bottle and the Friulmodel tracks in opening video when u are putting all the tools you use in the model box. All in good fun but they are your best quotes.
Very nice improvise with the toothbrush :D
Wow very cool Andy
Good two no thank you much my friend
I typically hate 'paper panzers' but I have to admit, this one has me intrigued. Might just come over to the dark side. Excellent video Andy, thx!
Привет, Энди. Понравились твои ролики. Особенно покраска. Спс.
Another fantastic build Andy. Will never get tired of watching you paint these German camo schemes. As for the 5 people that disliked this video, you need your head checked.
LOVE IT!
one of your best !
Might look good next to the Maus and E-100!
Hey Andy, another great vid and build as always. I was just wondering if you ever consider doing a tank build and doing some battle damage on it? I've seen some other modellers achieve this with a dremel tool and I'd love to see your take on it. Keep pumping out these great vids!!
Man! That looks great Andy! As usual you do great work man! Lord have mercy though, that 105 mm gun is pretty much a Howitzer sized gun isn’t it? When I first got back to my Guard Unit after basic and AIT, that was the size Howitzers we had, at first, but after a few years we graduated to 109’s. But anyway, Great job buddy!
I like you're vids cuz you are pretty positive in the hole vid:D
"Kilroy was here" graffiti on the inside of the building would really set it off. Great video and model.
awesome
This is art.
That freehand camo is spot on! This might be a repeated question: how did you set the airbrush to create such fine spray?
So the Fruilmodel tracks aren't a go? the engine deck is from the diesel Tiger 2 Sla.16 prototype variant
Ww2 armor and waltz nothing goes better together
Very helpfull for me cause i'm looking for a red oxyde primer technique thanks
Hey Andy!
I love your videos. Seen some kits i've built myself as well wich give another perspective as i paint everything by brush instead of airbrush.
Watching your videos has given me new energy to continue building myself after having a short hiatus inbetween builds.
I'm far off of being a semi-/pro builder but i do my best getting good looking results and i've picked up a few things from your videos.
Can i make a suggestion? The 1/350 Scharnhorst by Dragon, it's the only kit available in that scale as far as i know.
Would love to see what you think and make of it.
Cheers
Hi Andy, as always I like your builds and videos. The thing I would really to see is how you build the Revell Bell UH-1C (kit 04960). I'm building at the moment but I'm curious what you think of this kit.
What do you use for clear coat?
Can you tell me what AIRBRUSH you use …… I am looking at the PAASCHE TALON or IWATA REVOLUTION... something for finer work as well as all round use.... many thanks
Hey Andy, I'm currently building a Hobbyboss M26 Pershing very impressed with the kit very well detailed for £20 also they have a £26 King Tiger which includes photo etch and zimmerit. Would love to see what you have to say about these kits.
Did you mean 10.5 cm (105 mm) gun? 10.5 mm would be very tiny for a Tank 😉. But Great job you did. Itś always fun watching you building such Models.👍👍👍
How would you recomend applying model putty. Also great build
I'm sure Andy will pipe in but I find acrylic putties easiest to use. You can apply them with a small putty knife (a scrap piece of styrene works in a pinch) and smooth it with a wet finger. You can even put masking tape on both sides of the seam to keep from applying too much. Acrylic putties also file very easily. I like Vallejo's brand.
@@jerryvolpini7987 Thank you for the response. I was using similar methods however i had not wet my finger and i had nothing lying around to make appliction easier. I went through my 250 grit sandpaper faster than i had with the growing number of models i had built. I will be sure to use these methods to see if it helps me out. Thank you
With this being a july 45 tank, I wouldve personally left off some fenders and tools.. Still looks great, though! I like the result a lot.
Brilliant as usual Andy. Did I notice a different style Drive sprocket with fewer teeth on one of the sprues?
As always incredible job. What primer red oxide did you use?
your best model !
I'm glad that type of tank was only a "what-if"!
Just as a point of interest, if building a Tiger or Panther, the cupola lid was never dropped fully, all the 'good' commanders kept them cracked open to improve all round vision. Richard Freiherr von Rosen says he was wounded doing this but it kept him alive on several occasions when being locked down would have been fatal. The Russians suffered badly from locking down at the first shot as this rendered them blind, particularly in T34 early versions. Also it was faster if you had to get out.
Nice
ok newbie question, how are you removing extra panel liner? I used enamel thinner as recoomended somewhere but it just stripped off all the apint underneath.
As usual, excellent build! Just out of curiosity, when you are doing the white for the undercoat what kind of pressure are you at? I've tried by 'feel' a few times and it either just mists too lightly or covers too many details of the black.
Thanks for the awesome content!
I use the 22psi just like other colors , try multiple coats
Hey Andy, great build.
Could you make a Cromwell as well? I don't see them much on RUclips. Thx :p
Best on the Tube, bar none.
FYI Andy, Chesapeake Model Design made a correct resin July '45 turret for the tiger II during the mid to late 80's. This company has since gone out of business. Hardly noticable, but perfectionist will have to correct the range finder turrets.
I wonder whether spare tracks on the side of turrets and hulls would be painted too? Of course it's a sensible option if the vehicle is camouflaged, but still...
Btw, loved the video!
got this kit h0bby boss.cant wait do build it.
When you applied the odorless enamel thinner, did that by any chance remove the acrylic?
Any reason why you prefer the sponge method over the hairspray method for chipping?
looks good to me see more as post it
Andy challenge video idea. Build a model, paint it, weather it, BUT you can't use an airbrush
I have this tank on war thunder it’s a dang good tank
