You are the model man Andy!!! Leading the modeling life...building ....painting...selling Models....God bless Andy love your Videos!!! Gods speed with your new expanded shop Cheers!!!!!!!
Andy i love your way to build a model the way YOU want it, and not superhypermegarealistic. This is a hobby that should let you do a model of whatever it is exactly the way you want it by yourself. I hate it when there are people complaining about an incorrect srew or camo etc... Thanks for your great videos, they are always a pleasure to watch!
Hello Andy, my name is Jonah and I live in Sedona Arizona, I’ve been watching your videos for a while and just went to your store in Glendale, I absolutely love it in person more than video I got to seeAll the models that you’ve done and your wonderful collection, it was amazing walking in the door and seeing where you are filming your videos,I am proud to say I am a proud owner of one of your shirts now , the shop Keep that was there helped me out with picking out some paints and giving me advice, I will visit your store again very soon keep doing everything that you’re doing and inspiring young model builders to do something productive. Your fan -Jonah Ps. I’d love for you to do the tamiya early production m4 Sherman!
When I watched your video I tried to get this kit. I could not find it anywhere. Then you sent me an email of new products and there was the kit. I ordered the kit and you sent it to me in record time. I am currently building kits for other people so my Tiger builds will have to wait. Thank you for your videos and your great service.
I love the paint job - reminds me of the Panther tank they have at Bovington Tank museum which is almost that exact colour scheme (it's featured in one of their own RUclips videos) - I think you got it pretty spot on
Hi Andy I have this Ammo King tiger and plan to build the July 1945 version. Thanks for the tips on how the the suspension arms are to go on the lower hull. Great paint and weathering job on the Tiger2.
I enjoy watching your channel, even though I’ve given up modeling. I just don’t have the skills, the time, or the money to do a good job. I bought an airbrush but I never touched it - there’s so much artistic ability needed, building became a chore I just can’t do well. Even so, it’s very enjoyable watching you build up the Tamiya kits, those were always easier than Trumpeter (which I grew to hate). Never knew you were in Glendale, I used to live there.
Great video as always! If you have the time, I would love to see you build that new M60A1 from Takom! It would be nice to see a more modern desert build!
Another fantastic build Andy. Will never get tired of watching you paint these German camo schemes. As for the 5 people that disliked this video, you need your head checked.
On the one hand you get the "Oh dear, ANOTHER King Tiger kit ..." But as you watch you start to think "Yeah, but it's a bloody AWESOME King Tiger Kit !"
Andy I've watched your videos for a long time. I love them your best quotes for a new t-shirt line "light Sienna". "And I gone ahead and ordered the Friulmodel tracks but they just haven't arrived" also it would be awsome if you added the the light Sienna bottle and the Friulmodel tracks in opening video when u are putting all the tools you use in the model box. All in good fun but they are your best quotes.
I'm sure Andy will pipe in but I find acrylic putties easiest to use. You can apply them with a small putty knife (a scrap piece of styrene works in a pinch) and smooth it with a wet finger. You can even put masking tape on both sides of the seam to keep from applying too much. Acrylic putties also file very easily. I like Vallejo's brand.
@@jerryvolpini7987 Thank you for the response. I was using similar methods however i had not wet my finger and i had nothing lying around to make appliction easier. I went through my 250 grit sandpaper faster than i had with the growing number of models i had built. I will be sure to use these methods to see if it helps me out. Thank you
Can you tell me what AIRBRUSH you use …… I am looking at the PAASCHE TALON or IWATA REVOLUTION... something for finer work as well as all round use.... many thanks
Hey Andy, I'm currently building a Hobbyboss M26 Pershing very impressed with the kit very well detailed for £20 also they have a £26 King Tiger which includes photo etch and zimmerit. Would love to see what you have to say about these kits.
Did you mean 10.5 cm (105 mm) gun? 10.5 mm would be very tiny for a Tank 😉. But Great job you did. Itś always fun watching you building such Models.👍👍👍
ok newbie question, how are you removing extra panel liner? I used enamel thinner as recoomended somewhere but it just stripped off all the apint underneath.
Hi Andy, as always I like your builds and videos. The thing I would really to see is how you build the Revell Bell UH-1C (kit 04960). I'm building at the moment but I'm curious what you think of this kit.
How does using so much enamel thinner stuffed wash not make the tracks falling off? 😆🤷🏻♂️ Currently finishing the Das Werk Tiger II by your vids with the Takom whatif kit being next👍🏻
It was. The tiger had torsion bar suspension. Which basically ment there was a long metal rod in the hull that connected the two arms together when a piece of debris ie a rock or log was to pass under the vehicle the arm would push up twisting the rod. To keep it from snapping in two. They reversed the arms. To put this into a usable example. Think of a time you had a wet towel and you wanted to wring it out you would twist it. As you did your hands would rotate opposite of each other. The tigers suspention worked in the same concept and It was extremely ahead of its time when it was introduced in tiger 1 and panther and is now standard on all modern main battle tanks.
I wonder whether spare tracks on the side of turrets and hulls would be painted too? Of course it's a sensible option if the vehicle is camouflaged, but still... Btw, loved the video!
As usual, excellent build! Just out of curiosity, when you are doing the white for the undercoat what kind of pressure are you at? I've tried by 'feel' a few times and it either just mists too lightly or covers too many details of the black. Thanks for the awesome content!
Andys the Bob Ross of Modelling, so easy to watch.
I second this notion.
Needs more happy trees
And a wondering stream and of course happy accidents. 🤓😜🤣🤣
@@Badbunny666 There are a lot of little happy tanks instead.

Totally agree,cheers
Rivet counters.... they take all the fun out of building models..... I seceded to paint my YB-40 Pink...… could not get the metal finish correct ...
I can't agree more, Daniel..!
Great inspiration for some of us Mediocre Modelers. I will have to get this kit, working on Meng Panther D right now.
Andy, I am just in awe of your talent!! Keep up the fantastic work!!
Love you’re craftsmanship on these models
Oh Andy, now I have to go and find another tank to buy! Great Work!

Brilliant video Andy, love the diorama at the end. Keep them coming 👍👍👍👍
Nice camo/ paint job Andy, I really like this one!!
Nice kit and cool buildup!
Lovely job, thank you for taking the time to share, much appreciated as always :-)
Hi Andy I have this Ammo King tiger and plan to build the July 1945 version. Thanks for the tips on how the the suspension arms are to go on the lower hull. Great paint and weathering job on the Tiger2.
looks like it's been sitting outside a museum since the war. THX
Wow very cool Andy
Next build for sure! Amazing finish sir
Great tank. More dioramas please!

You are great modeller.
I hope at we can see some day in your shop.
After watching any of yours vids Andy I always go and start a new model as it puts me in the mood to build 😃😃ben 😃😃😃

Thumbs up from Scotland :)
Your video s are better then others have out their your s are tops in my book hands down my friend. Thom😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😌😌😌😌😀😀
I actually really liked it when it was black and white, I thought it must be designed for snowy countries. The end result is really great too.
Привет, Энди. Понравились твои ролики. Особенно покраска. Спс.
Awesome as always, Andy!
Thanks Brian
Very nice improvise with the toothbrush :D
Another fantastic build Andy. Will never get tired of watching you paint these German camo schemes. As for the 5 people that disliked this video, you need your head checked.
Excellent job Andy : a What if ??? That Looks like IT WAS !!! Till next time, God Bless All
Hello!
Thank you for all the good things you do for us...
Will you please do some more soldiers figures!
Ahhh two of my favorite things in the same vid, Andy and a King tiger. Real shame I can only leave one like :)
On the one hand you get the "Oh dear, ANOTHER King Tiger kit ..." But as you watch you start to think "Yeah, but it's a bloody AWESOME King Tiger Kit !"
I typically hate 'paper panzers' but I have to admit, this one has me intrigued. Might just come over to the dark side. Excellent video Andy, thx!
Hey Andy. On some parts you could easily scratch off the paint before cement to make a stronger joint.
Andy I've watched your videos for a long time. I love them your best quotes for a new t-shirt line "light Sienna".

This is art.
Man that looks awesome! that does look like Luca's toothbrush tho hehe
Good two no thank you much my friend
LOVE IT!
your best model !
Very helpfull for me cause i'm looking for a red oxyde primer technique thanks
How would you recomend applying model putty. Also great build

As always incredible job. What primer red oxide did you use?
What do you use for clear coat?
Did you mean 10.5 cm (105 mm) gun? 10.5 mm would be very tiny for a Tank 😉. But Great job you did. Itś always fun watching you building such Models.👍👍👍
Anyone know what's the largest scale airplane kit I can get?
Any reason why you prefer the sponge method over the hairspray method for chipping?
Just ordered this kit. I didn't want the full interior version. If it turns out half as well as Andy's, I'll be pleased.
Yes that is really cool awesome and I been waiting so long for a new video and u are the best
Why do you prime/paint with the turret on? I do them as separate units....
Padrisimo
ok newbie question, how are you removing extra panel liner? I used enamel thinner as recoomended somewhere but it just stripped off all the apint underneath.
Do you glue the turret into place
got this kit h0bby boss.cant wait do build it.

So the Fruilmodel tracks aren't a go? the engine deck is from the diesel Tiger 2 Sla.16 prototype variant
Best on the Tube, bar none.
How does using so much enamel thinner stuffed wash not make the tracks falling off? 😆🤷🏻♂️
Currently finishing the Das Werk Tiger II by your vids with the Takom whatif kit being next👍🏻
4:20 It's weird the suspension arms supposed to be pointing opposite directions to each side. I wonder if it's the same IRL.
It was. The tiger had torsion bar suspension. ANDY GREAT JOB. JESUS LOVES YOU ❤❤❤
I like you're vids cuz you are pretty positive in the hole vid:D
Nice
Where can you get this kit, checked the web and got very limited results. All being out of stock.
When you applied the odorless enamel thinner, did that by any chance remove the acrylic?
Question: With all the Tiger and Panther tank kits out there, what is the best one?
About Tigers, see '1:35 Tigers for Dummies' (Adam Mann) on RUclips
I wonder whether spare tracks on the side of turrets and hulls would be painted too? Of course it's a sensible option if the vehicle is camouflaged, but still...
Btw, loved the video!
I'm glad that type of tank was only a "what-if"!
Might look good next to the Maus and E-100!
Ww2 armor and waltz nothing goes better together
Where are the weald joints?
That freehand camo is spot on! This might be a repeated question: how did you set the airbrush to create such fine spray?
As usual, excellent build! Just out of curiosity, when you are doing the white for the undercoat what kind of pressure are you at? I've tried by 'feel' a few times and it either just mists too lightly or covers too many details of the black.
Thanks for the awesome content!
I use the 22psi just like other colors , try multiple coats
Is this kit still in production? Thanks
Brilliant as usual Andy. Did I notice a different style Drive sprocket with fewer teeth on one of the sprues?
