Is bds easier than mbbs
Not really. The dental subjects take a toll on the students. It seems it's a matter of just 32 teeth. But in reality, it's way more complex because you end up studying head and neck in detail and other parts superficially.
@@maahijoshi2429 bds students study the same subjects as mbbs and bds students have two or three more extra dental subjects so it's not at all easy
Mbbs subjects+dental subjects+ practical work is more lengthy than in mbbs and here mbbs practical+ dental both u have to do as well
In dental practicals u cannot move to next step till ur work is approved by teachers which is sometimes really hard bcz u r learning and have to face disappointment so many times
But with confidence ,patience , hardwork and good will power u can pursue it and can nail the field ☺️

Depends on how you take it. If you take interest, it's a great field. But, indeed, we don't have many opportunities in India. However, if you acquire great clinical skills, and have a great knowledge about what you're doing and why you're doing, you're good to go when you put your own clinic.
