After watching this match, finally i noticed the axelson weakness: Body Smash.
Every time he returns the body smash, he is unstable and u can see the shuttle is returning high and half. That's make easier the opponent to kill.
Congrats Chou, great tactics.

huh? i feel the exact opposite.. and i dont even cheer for him.. i loved watching him before they actually started playing body shots, because only the REALLY good players could get to his lvl.. now the singles scene is so messed up with none of the players consistantly winning or actually getting through...

I think there's a difference between the past badminton greats and Axelsen. Axelsen can't control his emotions when the match was not going his way. LCW or Lin Dan would stay focused to try and win the game.
I mean he's just not in their league tbh. A prime chong wei wouldn't be dropping 1 set against a 34 year old Chou. Did Chou ever even beat chong wei?
