Got diagnosed with seminoma testicular testicular cancer on January 3 2019 and this coming January I will turn 5 years , I have done only the surgery testicular removal and check up and follow up since January 2019. Doctor put it me on surveillance. I have a son 6 year old and a daughter 4.9 year old which the diagnosed came at the same time as my daughter birth, is scary Yes is my life a question mark yes and I don’t know where my life is standing but I still have to be thankful to God that I am still watching the kids growing up till now But I Don’t Know Tomorrow

I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2018, now thingking back the first symptoms came up in 2015 which i ignored because of military service and not knowing what it could have been. It had spread to my abdomen at that point causing horrible back pains since the tumor was pushing against the long back muscles and a kidney. Went through 4 week long treatment sessions with cytostatic treatment and a surgery which removed some lymph nodes, the rest of the tumor and the left testicle. No signs of it coming back now in 2023 so don't be like me and keep checking those nuts boys
I have had a growth on my left teaticle since i was 13. Went and got jt checked back then and it came back negative. I do believe that all men should keep on top of it. I am 25 now no sign of pain from it but I do want to get it checked again just to make sure I'm good. God bless all of you the Lord works in mysterious ways Glory be to God.

Seems like a lot of younger lads here quite worried, lads don’t worry if it’s small it hasn’t spread and if it hasn’t spread it’s a one and done. I had this a couple years back and my doctor put it in an amazing way, he said as I came in early and told him this isn’t a deadly cancer because we had it under control. So first thing you spot go get it checked, likely nothing but even if it is no big deal your still gonna be okay.

I have a growth that I’ve had for well over 5 years now. It hasn’t grown. To my knowledge at least. It’s not painful in of itself but it is tender. And it’s not round. Best way I can describe it is like a rubbery splinter. To the touch it feels like a ball on a string attached to my testicle but it feels like a splinter in my testi. I do not have the money or insurance for testing but I have found nothing that helps. What would be your best guess?

I can't afford a doctor. I have had frequent urination for a few years, which I was told is not autamatically related to cancer. Nothing but an in-person doctors visit can confidently rule out whether that bump is benign or not. No one here, even the doctor in this video, can give you a confident answer without seeing you in person and giving you a proper evaluation.

Basically got the exact same thing, seems a lot of people do have this same thing, I lift weights and work a pretty active job and this time of the year I have started to feel a tingle down leg and my left testicle feels abit achey and can feel a long being down the testicle which then goes to a smaller harder vein type structure
@dimicofinas5597 yes, it feels like a more elongated vein when I'm standing, and in the last 2 days since I keep touching my testicle, the area hurts, I think I irritated them.

My Testicals are "normal" after the test ie no mumps, swelling or hardness, but I get a random shooting pain in the right testical. This started last night.
For the past 2 or 3 weeks my balls have been bothering me like minor pain and disturbance. Right now the pain is kind of gone but the disturbance is still there a bit. my left testicle is hanging lower and could be a bit bigger but I don’t feel lumps and anything hard. The top feels a bit weird for both but that is probably normal
Get it checked, I had the same symptoms and had an orchiectomy a week ago. Could be nothing, could be cancer. Don't worry, in many case they don't even suggest chemo if it's early. Goodluck!
@@marioh_flores yeah I've been really depressed the last few months so I didn't respond to anyone, but yes It was cancer. Wasn't even benign, and was aggressive. Luckily the doctors caught it early so it hasn't invaded my lymph vessels yet, but they still suggested chemo otherwise it had a very high chance of returning in the next year or so. Anyway I'm bald now but recovering, my chemo finished a week or so ago, had a few complications but I'm still alive!
@@ejmtv3 usually they can send you back the same day, sometimes they make you stay a day. Also it's not very painful, since they cut below the abdominal muscles

Can testicle cancer be treated without removing someones manhood. Or is there attempts of the medical community trying to find a way to treat the organ without removing it. I am curious if similar treatments to prostate cancer would work with testicle cancer. Prostate cancer used to always require the patient to have his whole prostate removing. Now they can use radiation, cryotherapy, and various other techniques that allow the organ to function at a decent level. I know there is a big thing going on in Germany with testicle cancer where they only use radiation but only in the tumor and use chemo if their is any cancer still left. The only part that sucks with that is chemo will almost guarantee you to be infertile for the rest of your life depending on the meds. I honestly think the medical community needs to find a better way to treat this than taking a mans manhood. You pretty much all ready killed the guy afterwards especially if you had to remove both. If the cancer doesn't kill them suicide most likely will and suicide rate is very high for men that lose their repoductive organs.

It could be the epididymis which is normal for every man. But to be 100% certain you should definitely see a doctor. I‘m sure there is nothing but it’s better to visit a doctor for nothing instead of doing nothing and then there is something more serious.

I have something weird going on it’s not a testicle thing though it’s in the space people call the gooch which is between your balls and anus. Yesterday I was using the bathroom and I literally felt a bulge grow while I was on the toilet well after than it was very irritating and it stung real bad when touched. Well moving to the next morning I went to use the bathroom and I felt irritation down there and then I didn’t all of a sudden a lot of blood came out and then randomly stopped and I’m not sure what the hell it is because the discomfort is now gone. You were on surviallance because you didn't have LVI ( lympho vascular invasion ). If you had it, I would suggest two doses of Carboplatin chemo

Does tumors ever change size? I have lumps on each of my testicles on the very bottom. But they will often change size and length.

I have had frequent urination for a few years, which I was told is not autamatically related to cancer.

Nothing but an in-person doctors visit can confidently rule out whether that bump is benign or not. No one here, even the doctor in this video, can give you a confident answer without seeing you in person and giving you a proper evaluation.

They told me I have a cyst on my kidney that's been there for 2 years and they just told me this year witch made me mad fr i just hate being run around anf not told really what's going on and my family doctor barely listens too what i have too say he I just brushes it off and And for real I feel like I would need you too help if that's even possible 🙏🏻😢

I was diagnosed with seminoma stage 1 Doctore since 2019 and the oncologist put me on surveillance this is my year 5 and just got my blood work and ct scan pelvic and abdomen and next week hopefully I will get my results, a lot of stress and anxiety going through right now Doctore till I hear my results

Basically got the exact same thing, seems a lot of people do have this same thing, I lift weights and work a pretty active job and this time of the year I have started to feel a tingle down leg and my left testicle feels abit achey and can feel a long being down the testicle which then goes to a smaller harder vein type structure
@dimicofinas5597 yes, it feels like a more elongated vein when I'm standing, and in the last 2 days since I keep touching my testicle, the area hurts, I think I irritated them.

I have persistent low level soreness but no lumps.
For the past 2 or 3 weeks my balls have been bothering me like minor pain and disturbance. Right now the pain is kind of gone but the disturbance is still there a bit. my left testicle is hanging lower and could be a bit bigger but I don’t feel lumps and anything hard. The top feels a bit weird for both but that is probably normal
Get it checked, I had the same symptoms and had an orchiectomy a week ago. Could be nothing, could be cancer. Don't worry, in many case they don't even suggest chemo if it's early. Goodluck!

@@marioh_flores yeah I've been really depressed the last few months so I didn't respond to anyone, but yes It was cancer. Wasn't even benign, and was aggressive. Luckily the doctors caught it early so it hasn't invaded my lymph vessels yet, but they still suggested chemo otherwise it had a very high chance of returning in the next year or so. Anyway I'm bald now but recovering, my chemo finished a week or so ago, had a few complications but I'm still alive!
@@ejmtv3 usually they can send you back the same day, sometimes they make you stay a day. Also it's not very painful, since they cut below the abdominal muscles

So they found a scrotal mass in my left testicle but my blood test for tumor markings and everything came back in normal range. I had a CT scan and everything was normal. So my urologist wanted me to wait a month to get another Ultrasound done to see if its malignant or not. Can you have a benign cyst in your testicle? When my doctor checked to see if he felt a lump, he said he didn't feel one. I went to my doctors 2 weeks ago and he didn't feel a lump either.

I will have no money but I will never tell my parents about this problem. Because they got scared . And I also not have enough money for treatment. Can testicle cancer be treated without removing someones manhood. Or is there attempts of the medical community trying to find a way to treat the organ without removing it. I am curious if similar treatments to prostate cancer would work with testicle cancer. Prostate cancer used to always require the patient to have his whole prostate removing. Now they can use radiation, cryotherapy, and various other techniques that allow the organ to function at a decent level. I know there is a big thing going on in Germany with testicle cancer where they only use radiation but only in the tumor and use chemo if their is any cancer still left. The only part that sucks with that is chemo will almost guarantee you to be infertile for the rest of your life depending on the meds. I honestly think the medical community needs to find a better way to treat this than taking a mans manhood. You pretty much all ready killed the guy afterwards especially if you had to remove both. If the cancer doesn't kill them suicide most likely will and suicide rate is very high for men that lose their repoductive organs.

I have something weird going on it’s not a testicle thing though it’s in the space people call the gooch which is between your balls and anus. Yesterday I was using the bathroom and I literally felt a bulge grow while I was on the toilet well after than it was very irritating and it stung real bad when touched. Well moving to the next morning I went to use the bathroom and I felt irritation down there and then I didn’t all of a sudden a lot of blood came out and then randomly stopped and I’m not sure what the hell it is because the discomfort is now gone.
