In the video it was said that placing biocompatible material on exposed pulp will cause formation of reperative dentin , How the healing process occur in direct pulp capping ? Is it by localised necrosis of the pulp or by dentin bridge formation ? Thank you..

sir mera tooth filling nikal gaya. fir thora very very a little bit pin point expose hua pulp ka. koi v dard nhi he, koi v parisani nhi he. to sir mera direct pulp capping ho sakta he kya? root canal nhi karna chahta. plz sir answer plz. i m from kolkata

Pretreatment phase Der was no pain but after direct pulp capping der is pain. What to do nw?
Hi Nitesh, check out occlusion. Also evaluate the status of pulp periodically.

sir, if the pulp exposure time exceed 24 hours,is there more chances of infection??or is it bcz of the blood clot formation??
