    Dr. Pilli, thank you very much for your excellent presentation on the anatomy of the pulp chamber floor. You presented all of the laws clearly and concisely. If you showed more pictures and clinical specimen examples, dentists will have a firmer grasp. All of the pictures in the article show this very well. Dr. Krasner

    Sir why do we use GG drills for orifice enlargement y not no 4 bur sir? Is there any specific reason other than fast cutting?

    • @SaiNaveenKumarPilliPTBD18
      @SaiNaveenKumarPilliPTBD18  2 года назад

      Hi Amruta, we previously used to employ GG drills for better access to the critical cervical third of the canal. Burs are not suggested due to chances of perforation..!! Nowadays, even GG drills are not indicated as they compromise PCD i.e., peri-cervical dentine. Check out my other video on latest advances in molar access cavity preparation. Appreciate your enthusiasm, best wishes.

      Hi Kusum, you need not worry at all. It could be temporary issue and usually with time there will be improvement. Visit your dentist and he/she will guide your mother for mouth opening exercises & provide symptomatic relief if necessary. Everything will be fine, take care & best wishes.

    I am sorry to say but as an endodontist with 15 years of experience most of these laws do not hold valid when you are locating canal orifices as there are many anatomical variations esp in 2nd and 3rd Molars ... in theory yes but practically very different

    • @SaiNaveenKumarPilliPTBD18
