You don't have to cut the suspension band. It is like a "keymod" rivot that can be slid out of the hard foam front original pad. I took mine completely out and could put it back in if I decide to restore like I got it. Repeat. Look at the silver rivots. Pull towards the larger hole in the keymod opening on foam.
Hope this helps.
If you want comfort then ditch the OPS Core Suspension for a Team Wendy one. Thanks for the video.
Thanks 👍💪
This video helped me bite the bullet on these pads and helped me install them correctly! My helmet finally fits my tiny head. Thanks a bunch!
Thanks 💪💪
just got mine today and installed it into my helmet.. It feels sooo much comfier than that hard foam and this really fills the gaps to make it comfortable..👍
And now I have extra velcro and padding to put into my bike helmet.. lol
honestly an amazing guide
Thanks brother
Thanks for that, never though to take out the inner liner like that nice. Im going to do the same today. Great video
Austin, thanks!

@@BESTAAirsoft thanks so much

Paulo Vitor yes, you can use it with the headband. Make sure you take out the foam in the middle.
Where can I get the pad set from great vid tho
I don't remember anymore
Is your helmet an replica or reel steel?
Replica
@@BESTAAirsoft thanks for the Fast answer ! When i cut the liner System, can i use it again , to make it smaller or bigger?
Has anyone tried these pads on a real ballistic helmet?
yes, im working on breaking them in. so far, they are not the most comfortable, and you would be better off with a hhv or team wendy set of pads.
Yes i have these on my ops core sf, the tan pads are perfect for me, if i add the tan with the black pads its too stiff and i get hot spots after a few hours it has to be either the black only or tan pads only but not both, but they do feel good on a real ballistic helmet 👍🏼
Tried similar pads on my service issue Rabintex 303IE, it's not rated for impact absorption but it makes it easier to wear the helmet for longer periods of time
