I just wedged a sharp hobby knife blade beneath my sticker and carefully peeled it up when I transferred it from one GBA to another today - worked surprisingly well.
I bought nearly the same lighter fluid to unstick the label of my Gameboy advance. It does not work. The transparent foil which is the highest level of the sticker started to unpin, but not the complete sticker. I tried it exactly with 30seconds in the video. In the end I have used a normal hair dryer on lowest setting for 1-2 minutes to warm the label up. With a sharp cutter/knife you can remove the sticker sooo easily. Just put it back on the new case and it sticks perfectly.
Insightful video! I'm considering buying replacement screen and frame assembly for my Vita, but not knowing of a way to transfer the serial and model number stickers had me hesitant. Guess that solves that issue! Thanks!
do you know of any other methods?

I know is 3 years late but a stain less steel dorco blade sleeve go under the corners and slowly pull
best way imho to peel it off is with IPA, just did it with cracked pearl blue shell from AGS-101.
That's nice !
I will try to save my old label as well, thank's a lot 🙂

Nice will try it too Thx for helping Bro. liquid - Benzin?
Can it also work in a hair dryer

alcohol works great
I heard using a blow dryer on low and a sculpting knife will do the trick
