I passed through there today. I stopped at the Old Spanish Treasure Cave which is actually in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas but close to Noel. The Elk river was really nice and it was pretty crowded. I drove the back way from Siloam Springs to Bentonville after visiting Cherokee Casino.
My dad's property is across the street from where you turned into the cave. The family will be building up there this year.

Did you pass the turn-off for the Cave Restaurant where we went one time?
I believe we saw a sign for it.
