Thanks for the quick tip so with the punching non-stop with the one two combos, what I alternate my hands or just do left left right for a minute straight jump into something else and then go back into a right right left I want to condition both sides of my body

My knees have been wrecked since my 20s, I'm in my mid 30s now. Lower body is where my strength is, but upper body has much better joints, so I'm gonna give this a try.
I'm always trying to find cardio to do in the winter when I can't get outside, somehow shadow boxing never crossed my mind. This seems perfect!

I've been learning how to do this on my own thanks to RUclips I've always liked to challenge myself and I do have bone disorders that I've developed and arthritic conditions so I've had to change the way I work out just learning how to do the basics I can honestly tell you it feels really good on my body I just did 10 minutes and I'm sweating like crazy I love it I'm only doing that much today because I want to work myself up to more I do stay active everyday but I find that this is really amazing to learn and my punch combos have gotten a little better yay
Jus finished doin it all the way till the end......i think i was goin to fast i need to pace my self an be more techical an not get sloppy....and idk why but my caves an legs hurt more then my shoulders....maybe my forms wrong? im barefoot on carpet right now but i'll try it on concrete an see how that'll work for me
I keep this in my regular rotation of exercises. Ill have to check out your others sometime just being lazy lol.

Really enjoyed this; I was surprised I could keep up. More please. I'm in the UK so I was pleased to see the Union Flag but it is upside down. The broad white diagonal should be at the top on the flagpole side.

Yes this is very beneficial, especially if you are doing it for 45-60 minutes (mix up the striking)

It really varies at the pace and intensity you do this workout.

@@samanthahorton6949 Sorry for such a late response. You will burn approx 60-90 calories doing this. The point of this is also for technique improvement and getting the shoulder muscle conditioned (will tone as well) If you are going for maximum calorie burn I would jump rope instead. 10 minutes will burn you about 125 cals when done with moderate intensity.

Would you recommend for me since I do have arthritic stuff going on, this movement is really good for my body however if I were to incorporate something extra would a speed bag benefit me better or a weighted bag I would think the speed bag probably will be my best choice if you could let me know thank you
Yes id suggest the speed bag, heavy bag is more for high impact / Explosive work. Speed bag would help me speed & dexterity

You can, but there are better options. This can help tone your shoulders. I would suggest jump roping for weight loss .

@@ReZero_Zekrom yes it is. In this case, this shadow boxing workout is only utilizing two strikes (to improve technique) You can shadow box and add more movements in your training (more calories burnt etc). If burning calories is your primary goal, you are better off jump roping.
@@BattleLabs but i dont have a jump rope any alternatives curl ups are not effective
@@ReZero_Zekrom no worries, you can mimic jump rope jumps. You can add it in between your shadow boxing rounds.
