    Hi Rashmi.... Now My 2 baby is 7 yrs. I can enter 2 and 3 fingers in my abdomen. Bt it is little tight. Am I diastasis recti. Can I now do exercise to reduce this. Piz guide me.

      Will be best to get this checked by your doctor or a physio who can diagnose you correctly. Eitherways there’s no harm in doing exercises to strengthen your core. I have uploaded a video for diastasis recti core workout :)
