Not just that, everybody increased the price of 256 and 512 GB devices massively because from 2020 the only really defining feature of a new phone was software and storage.
And then the SSD prices fell through the floor for 8 months, before shooting through the roof 4 months ago. So, before they were losing money because of the excessively low price, now they aren't selling because of the excessively high price.
I'm surprised about the panels not doing well, since the competition either sucks ass or is unreliable.

This is why they need to think before they add things to the phone.. users will cry harder when you take away like when they never had it (i mean iPhone users are not cring about it..). The MicroSD card simply outdated, it's too slow compared to the built in method, so if you try to record a 4k video on it will fail, not fast enough (their sequental write speed is fine, but if 2 app use it in the same time and it's become random write speed, it's way too slow, and they just simply need to remove because of the users who don't know anything, buying the cheapest MicroSD what is extremly slow, and calling the Samsung support why is the card is too slow.. and it's their mistake if they buy the 50MB/s limited card, it's obvious it's slower like the 2000-4000MB/s internal storage.. so to protect the support from retards just it's the best to remove the slot..

But the biggest problem is when there is a problem. On recent was where I was trying to integrate multiple radio button groups... AI fundamentally did not understand my problem. I even flat copied the code it produced and I had the exact same problem.
So I resolve it for myself using a completely different method. AI is not actually AI, it's all just a bunch of fancy "match tables" with no actual intelligence behind them along with the "biases" of the company that designed it.

5:28 Regarding "app store alternatives" - which in this video refers to Apple/iOS app stores - I think the Epic Games Store and the God-of-Games store from CD-Projekt should have _their_ app stores available on Steam OS. I think that would also be good for competition.
And/or additionally/alternatively, GPD-Win, Asus, Lenovo, and other hardware manufacturers should coordinate on making a Proton-based Linux operating system (initally focused on supporting hand-helds, but gradually geared towards desktop PCs and "alternative" living-room consoles) that support the Steam Store, Epic Games Store, GoG stores, and other stores. Primarily to start making leeways to break the Microsoft/X-Box walled garden that seems to dominate commercial global videogame production & development nowadays.
Heck even Sony/Playstation can also make a game store or port the Playstation store to said Proton-plus-Linux-based gaming operating system.

Epic and GOG need to make a Linux client first. Epic doesn’t like Linux and GOG sells some Linux ports so they’d be the most likely to make a Linux app. SteamOS doesn’t prevent you from running those under translation layers related to Proton, it doesn’t stop you from doing anything you can do on a regular PC. I like your idea of decreasing Microsoft’s near PC monopoly and the handheld PC makers collaborating on a Linux distribution.
The optimal approach would be for all of them to focus on SteamOS, but Valve is infamously hard to collaborate with. Thanks to Valve’s inability to muster anything faster than a snail’s pace, SteamOS is still stuck on the SD. Instead Lenovo, Asus etc. should collectively make their own Linux distribution that can also be used on a regular PC, why they haven’t done so is a bit puzzling. Specially when they could use community made Linux distributions, I’m sure ChimeraOS and Bazzite developers would be happy to work with professionals from major tech firms.
Speaking of increasing competition, handheld PCs should give rise to x86 gaming phones. Mobile Linux is in dire need of developers, it’s way rougher than desktop Linux. Android and iOS devices have some anti consumer attributes and control too much of the market. Proton based OS makes no sense, just make it as easy to use for any app as it is on Steam.

You can get altstore in the United States It just requires a mac with developer tools and the alt server installed to get it to run. Its not exactly ideal but you don't have to jailbreak your device to make it work. It uses the fact that you can compile and run your own code on your iphone if your phone is put into developer mode. but If you don't pay apple the developer fee you can only keep it on your device for 6-7 days before you have to refresh the apps. Some apps also require just in time compilation to be enabled on your phone to work properly. which on ios 17 is a pain to get working.

they earn far more by upselling you to a higher storage variant (which costs significantly more than just buying an sd card even their own one) Or just selling you cloud storage in perpetuity. The reason their business is falling apart is because people are just not buying enough smartphones and PCs since peak covid.
