    Eminence doesn't trigger on brain splitter unless you jump before, pawns don't consistently do this. Thousand kisses / hundred kisses is also really good to for weakpoint targeting. I also generally don't even give my pawn a bow, torpor aoe is okay but they just bring more to the table using daggers primarily. Finally I normally run Scather / untilitartian since then they seem to be more agressive with weakpoint Targeting

    • @dugarrYT
      @dugarrYT  2 года назад +1

      pawns tent to climb on monster, jump off and using brain splitter that way. at least in combination with challenger. i agree on hundred kisses being really good, i just like splitter more, it is less depending on a good weapon and is easier multi target .

  • @javanehamilton1311
    @javanehamilton1311 2 года назад +1

    I agree with everything here even though I rather scather to make them more aggressive, but challenger works aswell and pioneer will always go well with bow users because it tells them to stay away from you and gain agro until a warrior or fighter gains the agro.

    • @dugarrYT
      @dugarrYT  2 года назад +1

      i switch between scather and challenger, depending of the vocation my arisen has. for the sake of this video i figured challenger would fit better ;-)

      Don't get discouraged early as some enemies seem to take 0 damage (happened to me until I learned to use weaknesses and good skills for each class). Some skills are useless, some are great! Do some testing

    I don't think it's wise to min max strengrh strider on pawns because I mean sure they will be able to tank the world cuz they only have access to warrior as their best strength build but it comes at the cost of stamina. Nothing like making your pawn a strider just for them to sit and do nothing because they don't have enough stamina to spam necessary skills lol. I think best way to build pawn would be ranger for at least 10-30 then give them warrior to grow on.

    • @dugarrYT
      @dugarrYT  Год назад +1

      min/maxing pawns is even worst than min/maxing the arisen

    @vlad48329reborn 2 года назад +2

    Nice build. I hope you know pioneer doesn't effect anything outside of primary/secondary (at least as far as my 2,000 hours of testing have shown).

    • @dugarrYT
      @dugarrYT  2 года назад +1

      is that so? i always was under the impression that if i put pioneer into third my pawn would walk in front of me instead of behind me. i'll have to check again, thx for pointing this out.

    • @vlad48329reborn
      @vlad48329reborn 2 года назад +1

      @@dugarrYT The side the pawn walks on isn't determined by any inclination. Pioneer expands the field of view/detection (how far a thing is before they react to it). This also means they stand further from the player during exploration.
      In combat it gets interesting as a pawn with ranged attacks will attack from slightly greater distance to the target. This can be difficult to spot on small enemies (like goblins) as there is a default range a pawn will keep from targets, but on large enemies that have more reach (like hydra) it's very obvious (my best visual estimation is about 4 meters of extra distance before attacking with a staff or bow).

      good to know 👍🏻

    • @javanehamilton1311
      @javanehamilton1311 2 года назад +1

      I disagree a pawn is scripted to come to the arisen it's a given even with pioneer but generally pioneer will make them move ahead even stay away from the arisen in battle it's the reason why it works well as a territory inclination, spamming go will give them it as well and that's from my testing.
