Breaking 3 Redux, LFG! Well, tbh, I’ll focus on my humble breaking 4 journey but still shouting obscenely from the nosebleeds at the Sub-3 machine….LFG!!
7k in a 10k is probably the general vicinity equivalent of the proverbial wall (~20 mi) of a marathon. Congrats on a great finish time even if it was also a learning experience--though aren’t all races learning experiences?
How many time should i had too see this video and not skip ads, so that you can get YT money and buy that Insta360 Go 🤔🤔. Don’t get me wrong I like the break down of the race Andrew 🙈🙂. Even if you show us the trees and the sky on the videos 🤷🏻♂️🙊🤣😂😆

Mine was the last 1.5 mile. The temps went from 70 to 80+ with 95% humidity. The race was in Clear Lake, Texas.
Yep. Sounds like an absolute sauna. Couple more weeks and we are back to cooler temps
