      If you follow mma, basically all heavier fighters used, or use. Don't just follow people word for word. Steroid use gives you more confidence, if one was depressed, it brings one out of it.. when stopped, you generally feel lower unless you've had positive life changes. Thus the main reason for his losses afterwards.
      I think he also hid his steroid use from so many.. that he may not had been professional with it.. all to common. Testosterone is a he'll of a drug, and we produce it naturally. Food for thought.

I am 5 foor 8 170 he was an absolute monster. Then after he got popped and his chin totally went on him, he still managed to beat a ton of heavyweight killers which to me showed just how skilled he really was. He basically had to fight perfect fights as if he got caught he was going to sleep. Was so close to beating Steepe for the belt if only he he did not go for that guillotine

Yes the title is clickbaity but it does have a question mark because this is what has been discussed by so many seeing his photos and did state it was not a disease IMO. Unfortunately the only way for any type of success is titles like this which is way so many creators are forced down this route. Things have changed online and they are forcing our hand with short content and making chances of long form content getting any traction near impossible. It's such a mess that it may force someone like me to move on completely. At least with my content you know the quality you're getting when you click it. Thanks for watching my man.

I was addicted to creatine when it became a thing, taking triple the amount suggested. This created problems so I transitioned to the original suggested amount. I tried going vegan for a while and lost mass about as quickly as Overeem. 190lbs to 140lbs in a few months. Without animal fats the food just runs right through you and it's darn near impossible to keep weight on. Also felt incredibly weak and sick. Stopped doing that, normal diet 3,000-3,500 calories/day back to 200 lbs. i also looked frail and gaunt like he does now, unless you're supplementing testosterone and fats somehow you're just going to have zero energy.
    I've never met a healthy natty vegan.

      Another person gladly confirming that Veganism is a load of complete bullshit and should be avoided. I feel so sorry for you that you experienced the severe health problems as well as degeneration of your physique. It seems like you were most likely brainwashed by st*pid vegans to adopt that nonsense plant based diet they claim is so "great". Considering the extremely high nutritional value of animal products, it wouldn't come as a surprise that someone will eventually lose physical condition when they follow a vegan diet for a long time. Plant based diets are unhealthy and not sustainable for a lifetime. One can certainly live or survive on a diet consisting of only plants for several years, but eventually, the nutritional deficiencies due to a lack of essential nutrients from animal products will take a huge toll on the body and can cause or exacerbate certain health problems. The militant vegans will blame you for your health problems which was obviously caused by the evil vegan diet and claim that you supposedly did it the "wrong" way.

    • @Mack98421
      @Mack98421 Год назад +1

      @@ikemo3551 Yeah I was working in a grocery store with a bunch of hippies. So many of the foods are low in calories and if you try to binge it doesn't help because with all the fiber and no fat it just goes through faster. The fats help slow the digestion process down so the intestines have time to absorb the nutrients.
      The problem is less the nutritional deficiencies of the food itself and more a problem with the ability to absorb the nutrients from the awful fibre/fat ratio. Having a 1,000 mph intestinal tract makes it darn near impossible to get the nutrients out of the food, there's pretty much always a feeling of being calorie deficient so the body starts eating itself to get energy. Felt hungry all day every day.

      On the other hand, I'm 62, eat mostly plant-based (not entirely vegan) and have lost the "dad bod". I can do 12 proper pullups (all the way down to my head over the bar), 80 pushups, and I can trounce my teenage kids in 100 metres. The longest-lived populations on the planet eat little to no animal protein. So with respect, I disagree that a well composed, plant-based diet sets you up for weakness and frailty.

    • @ikemo3551
      @ikemo3551 Год назад

      @@mastersathlete7380 You Ignorant liar, The longest living human populations on earth generally have a diet that is mostly comprised of animal based products, not plants. Majority of nomadic tribes around the world have a very high life expectancy and are much more healthier than most other people in the developed parts of the world. These primitive nomadic tribes such as the Masai Mara warriors, Hadzabe tribe of tanzania, lemba tribe e.t.c have a diet consisting of mostly meat produced either by their livestock or by wild animals through hunting events, and these people have been thriving for thousands of years and currently do today without experiencing health issues unlike people in the west. Even the very elderly among their tribes are quite very active and energetic enough to engage in physically demanding activities such as hunting.
      U are delusional.
      Being exceptionally physically fit at 62 is not an indicator that your diet is the best route to take in regards to health. So many men are capable of reasonable admirable feats of athletism at that age regardless of their diet. Sure, you can be healthy on a mostly plant based diet, but that entirely depends on what and how you eat. The question is how long will such a diet sustain you and whether or not you are at optimal health or will be in good health throughout your lifetime. Maybe you have been following this diet for just a few years so the possible, potential adverse negative health effects of lack of animal proteins hasn't taken a toll on your body yet.
      Nice try spreading plant based propaganda, you liar. 😂
