Not necessary.
Filling the filter is fine, but if you fill it then try and put it on a side mount most of the oil runs out anyway!!!!!!

What's the recommended change interval for fuel filter? I'm doing the oil in mine soon.
Not sure what interval is actually recommended but I change mine every year because it’s sits all winter.
The manual says every season. I'd post the pic I took showing when everything should be changed but either pic posting isn't allowed or I can't figure it out. I'm typing out how often the major things should be replaced. Given an option it's whichever comes first.
Oil change every 50 hours or every season
Oil Filter every 100 hours or every season
Spark Plug every 100 hours or every season
Air Filter every 100 hours or every season
Fuel Filter every season
Use the fresh clean oil for the filter gasket

Good job the filter should not be on that tight only when it comes new from the factory should be able to take of with your hand

What weight oil is s used for this mower.
SAE 30 for 40ﹾ and above 5W30 if it's colder than 40ﹾ and if that's the case you're more dedicated to mowing than I'll ever be.

when do you need to change the fuel filter? I change the oil every year. Haven't done the fuel filter and it's been 3 years since owning the mower.
I changed it after 1 year
It's just a good idea to. Doesn't cost but 2 bucks and it'll prevent the carb getting crap in it
I have a 38inch cut poulman pro 13hp ride on and am trying to find the cuting belt size can anyone help with the belt size been to mower shops and no one can work it out.

clean the grass offf your mower after every use ,nothing worse then the wet grass under it rotten that deck daily
