Not a single person asking if gains were matched to the deck... bet he just hooked it up and did zero adjusting. Is the volume on the deck maxed before clipping? These will affect how the ratings are. Is this amp doing 600 watts at volume 1 on the deck with gain at lowest on the amp, or its highest volume before clipping? Showing this before testing can help us prove the amp isn't doing what it's rated. Otherwise how can we truly trust that you even had it setup properly for testing?
Yeah I just cover my eyes and spin a few knobs until it looks right - I have NO idea how to use the built in DD-1+, I refuse to turn the deck up to max clean, and I spent $6000 on an AD-1 bench setup just so I can make $100 amps look bad.

Can't complain, replaced all 6 factory speakers, added a 4 channel to handle those, then added a 1800.1 and a single 12, install kit and everything all together ran me about $500 total, I'm happy with it, not trying to go to competitions or show off.

I purchased this amp to power a Savard Hi Q 10" dual 2ohm. Which recommends 1500 watts rms. Knowing how Hifonics rates there amps, this worked out absolutely perfect. With a DD1 Meter and Oscilloscope I was able to tune this amp to push continuous clean power/signal to my sub. It sounds amazing! As long as you research and don't just go off what the packaging says you can match these cheaper amps with a good subwoofer to create an outstanding sounding system. Just don't expect the Hifonics amp to put out the amount of power rated on the box.
The Zeus 3216.1d is a beast. Not the gama I don’t know what It would test like but it definitely beats the brakes off 2 NVX 15s. This is with stock 160 amp alt and 1 battery. Adding 320amp alt and Xs battery next week. Curious about gains. For a lil over 200 bucks you can’t loose

I have this Amp it doesn't over heat and quit. And I have a cover over it. But, I do wish it would hit a bit harder. I have it paired with 2 type R-12's. Is there anything close to what they advertise? I'm using 0 Guage from battery
If you buy that amp on a few different sites, it shows in the description that those numbers on the box are max number and it also shows some smaller number that say dino tested and verified. ( For use with high end subs like kicker etc) whereas it lists that the max/bigger number are for the cheaper/mid grade subs that list max instead of rms. Just make sure you read the description and see what rms your looking for before buying! Love the vids! Keep it up!

I have this amp powering 2 12' skars and 2 10" kicker comps and it does a great job if I turn the gain up its to much power I did watch a few dynos on this amp before I bought it but I still purchased the amp and I really like it I'm going to add 2 8" skars to it as well to me it's plenty of power
I've def seen worse ratings from hifonics, n its interesting theres only 4 mosfets on each side. I did also like the look of the brushed aluminum, and I believe orion hcca 3k does more than its max rating n I'm pretty sure there's others but nothing on that price level for sure. Orion hcca 3000 splx does damn near 9000 Watts at .5 I think it did damn near 6000 Watts on one ohm certified I can't remember remember correctly but the numbers were staggering Wilson audio has a Dyno on that amp as soon as people saw the numbers of the amps flew off the shelves I couldn't even find one for about a year

Doesn't sound near as good as my Rockford t1500 though but is SSOOO much louder

I ran a pair of Zeus 3ks on a pair of HCCA 15s for quite a while when I was young. I was doing 145s out of the trunk in dbDrag which isn't bad, but back then I was certain they were doing 3k each. Little did I know they werent!

Make sure you are wired to 2 ohms at amp and not .5 - double check using a wiring diagram and a DMM.
