Awesome pairing, I loved it!!! I'll say mid-end of Feb. I have three n one is a goof ball but so sweet. I know all to well abt them running around the top of their enclosure. It's alot of fun rehousing them sometimes, esp Gumball who I've nicknamed Goofball instead, lol. Tyfs God bless you

If my female mexican pink leg stays on the side of the tank next to a texas brown male, and drums to him does she want to breed or eat? She does it all the time. He is a mature male and she is a juvenile female. Is this a new girl activity like she is maturing? I wont let them breed but it is interesting.

you said you never pair siblings is there any scientific proof that it will cause harm i truly want to know because i know a lot of people that do breed from the same sac by feeding the males less and the females more lmk and thanks
You certainly can pair siblings and many people do without very apparent problems but it is better to breed more distantly related animals if possible simply to strengthen the gene pool of captive populations.
@@MaritaDeLaPenaDTG thanks i understand i bet that in nature they would never breed from there own sac for the simple reason that the males would mature first and die before the females its almost like a fail safe design from there creators so gene pool never gets messed up i also wonder if dts or what ever it is that tarantulas get to make them spaz out is caused from inbreeding more research needs to be done

How come you pair your spiders on uneven surfaces, like the tops of jars and other elevated places? Do you do that just for arboreal species? Other breeders seem to worry a lot about their spiders taking a fall, thus risking injury.

I want a video about iron maidens artwork. I think it is real cheesy and not metal like at all. I think their name looks metal. She may be picking up on his pheromones. It sounds like she's displaying breeding behavior.

That's very likely! That may also be why the males have an instinct to wander and travel once the breeding season commences.
