I also doubt "it's coming for me" accurately described the situation. The spider wanted to get away. It didn't even throw any threat poses. As someone who has owned a tarantula, I can confirm its uncommon for them to bite. They are very docile and do not like to waste their bites or venom on humans. They’ll flick their hairs more then they’ll bite you.
Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. Turn away from sin, read the Bible, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill you and change you, obey the Word. Much love and God bless you!
it's crazy how the spider didn't even get the full fangs in and still caused THAT much pain in mark. It shows just how sharp the fangs are, and the strength as well.
no. no tarantula bite have been recorded to even remotely kill anyone, worst case being sent to the hospital, and thats if you have a allergy to it. tarantulas are no worse than bee stings.
I’m going to be honest it doesn’t really hurt that bad because I’m a tarantula owner and I’ve been bit by one of my little babies, in my opinion the hairs are a lot worse
To me it looked more like the T was trying to get a grip to pull herself out of his grasp. It looked like the fangs just happened to penetrate and the "bite" was dry. These Ts are so docile.
The twist at the end made my 10 year old son a little emotional because of the fact the spider had no intention of biting you and he said that you and the spiders are amazing! Thank you for all you do!
As an AZ native, we see wild tarantulas all the time, and they’re actually pretty cool and docile! Much tamer and less deadly in comparison to some of the other critters we get in this desert! Even the Tarantula Hawk (and probably even that scorpion you picked up earlier) has a worse sting than the Tarantula itself. Pretty cool to see them here!

*_Thiiiis dude is absolutely insaaane!_* _I am actually amaaaaaazed how docile these spiders truly are! They do not want to actually bite!_ _(I still cannot get over the sheer size of those fangs!!!)_
Actually, Desert Blonde is a popular pet because of their relatively mild temper. Lots of other T:s out there more prone to bite if disturbed. I have a mature male G Pulchripes and he is the biggest spider I´ve seen so far. Also one of the nicest. ❤
Awesome I like the way you showed them not biting in the end- really helpful for my kids to learn to respect rather than fear them or think of them as evil. Grear vid!
I have to say, I do love videos where you can SEE how hard it is to get a tarantula to bite you. I own four of them, and people ask me all the time if I'm worried about them attacking me or something. And while a couple of my tarantulas are much spicier than the one in this video (I do not doubt that my Greenbottle Blue would nail me if I ever even tried to handle him like this), it just goes to show that these animals really don't WANT to bite you. They'd rather just go on their own way. Also. Dang, I need to add this species to my wishlist. Beautiful color, beautiful spider.
It’s really neat the way he framed his choice of words. Using it to describe the current consensus of them and how it may actually pan out day to day. The amount of effort it took for him to get a single one of them to bite is really telling about their nature. Every situation is different, but at least for these, you literally put them in a situation to defend themselves and it didn’t amount to much. Nice message Mark and team!
Seeing those fangs up close... HEARING them scrape on the metal like that... I don't think I could still take the bite. That's legit scary stuff. Even if the venom isn't all that bad, those are monster fangs going on. Absolutely beautiful creatures. The way they move when slowly exploring or crawling is mesmerizing.
I still have some arachnophobia in me, but mostly instinctual reaction thanks to my sensitive ticklish skin. But throughout my journey of overcoming it, i've come to find out it makes perfect sense for animals to hold back when it comes to attacking. When you think about it, herbivores are much more likely to attack you as they tend to be more sturdy and have a tougher build, they are bigger, heavier and usually have blunt weapons like hooves or just their entire bodies, they are usually the ones who are backed into a corner. Now a predator like tarantuals, or cougars etc, they have so many weaknesses and have much more to lose. Typically stamina is an issue (unless you are a wolf pack), so exerting unneeded strength could be a waste, better save it when you'll need to hunt down some prey to get your needed calories. They can get hurt themselves, a chipped tooth, a broken bone is a near death sentence for a predator, losing a tooth is losing your tool of survival, the only one you have, a broken bone will take a lot of energy from your body to recover and a lot of time where the predator is vulnerable. Is the scuffle with the unknown creature before you worth it? A rival trying to encroach on your territory, a human just being around, another predator just walking by? Better just puff out your chest and show off your claws and teeth, make some noise to show you are not to be trifled with, and hope things won't escalate. And when it comes to venoms, those things are not infinite either, yet another resource to use when in need. Dry bites are a thing. In the end, they are wild animals and even with documented tendencies and typical behaviours, each animal, big or small, have their own personality and will act based on their condition, health and their temper. It's a fascinating even if sometimes terrifying world. But truly humbling to see how we all are not that different from each other.
There are absolutely spiders that will bite without you squeezing them. The male on here bit the snake hook without it squeezing. A Johnnycashi also comes to mind since it's in the same genus as A Chalcodes, and they can be defensive little beasts. A Chalcodes just... doesn't. They're a great starter species for new keepers because they just don't care to hurt anyone. And they don't grow like weeds and need rehousing every few months like a certain orange psychopath who earned the title of Orange Bitey Thing for their entire species...
I've been watching you for 6 years, I've been with this channel for a while. I'm so glad to see that the crew is doing good. And I hope you're okay from that tarantula bite.
I used to be arachnophobic, I watched educational videos like these to learn more about the behaviour of these creatures and now I also explore more information about tarantulas! Arizona Blonde tarantulas are great starter species if you get into a spider-keeping hobby and they make very interesting and non-problematic pets due to their docile nature! Spiders are important to keeping the rest of the insect population down and I don't mind them. I'm glad I could learn so much from shows like these about the importance of keeping and protecting those animals as they are so important to our ecosystems! Fun fact: spiders and tarantulas can "get moody" just like other pets, some times they are docile and other times they are aggressive and just wanna be left alone! As an introvert I get it lol
I run into spider webs all the time when out hiking and on more than one occasion I have managed to see the spider land on me, and immediately bungee jump down to the ground. That's how I realized spiders are very aware of us, and most will only bite when absolutely necessary.
As a guy that used to keep tarantulas, these new world (western) spiders have no real venom harmful to humans. Just the fangs can be big. Two puncture wounds
Most of these sorts of shows are done specifically with compassion for the animals, wanting to teach people that they are harmless and we shouldn't hurt them because we're afraid. Not harming the animal is one of their primary goals during production, and most of them really aren't even that bad to be bitten by. It makes sense they'd have the presence of mind to take appropriate care with fragile critters when you consider the passion and love for the animals that goes into these productions
You are a very brave man. I am absolutely terrified of Turantulaz. I don't like snakes either. Great video. Looking forward to seeing more. Much love peace and blessings to you. 💋❤️✝️🙏🕷🕸🦂
pretty much all new world tarantulas would rather run or hide than do anything remotely aggressive. The zoo I work at has several new world tarantulas and they are all super gentle and are scared by the slightest touch of anything in there enclosure. They have to be gentle because they are really fragile
Never been afraid of a tarantula. I worked at a pet store for some time and always found them to be such gentle creatures. I honestly think the most aggressive animal in that store was a corn snake about 10 inches long 😂
The pet shop I worked at the 3 top aggressive animals were #1 Blue Racers snakes, #2 Tokay Geckos, and #3 Hamsters/Gerbils. The Rats were one of the friendliest animals and smartest yet people feed them to their snakes. Those demon hamsters should be the food instead. Also the top friendliest reptiles were the Rosy Boa, Leopard Gecko and Bearded Dragoon. The friendliest fish was the Ocellaris Clownfish, they have awesome personalities and will actually play with your hand once they get to know you. And yes, they can recognize individual people.
@@VR4U-Server I'm not too familiar with Mollys but that doesn't surprise me at all. Fish have way more personality and intelligence than most people realize. After just a month taking care of the fish at the pet store to really understand how smart and playful fish are.

As someone who has owned a tarantula, I can confirm its uncommon for them to bite. They are very docile and do not like to waste their bites or venom on humans. They’ll flick their hairs more then they’ll bite you.
OBT enters the chat 😅 ( Joke ish* )
He would have had to threaten it much more, which could have injured it potentially.
desert blond r also famous for being the most docile 🤣

Y'all should give him A LOT AMOUNT OF SUBS because he does the dangerous things in the US or the world but all of his vids should have at least 20 million views he tests the most dangerous bite

Actually, Desert Blonde is a popular pet because of their relatively mild temper. Lots of other T:s out there more prone to bite if disturbed. I have a mature male G Pulchripes and he is the biggest spider I´ve seen so far. Also one of the nicest. ❤

I like the way you showed them not biting in the end- really helpful for my kids to learn to respect rather than fear them or think of them as evil. Grear vid!
I loved the ending to this. It shows these guys don’t mean any harm
The way they move when slowly exploring or crawling is mesmerizing.
that scrape is a sound effect you know that right XD it's added in
@@00wkee Dude those are like inch long fangs. and its a rough aluminum table. I can hear the same scrapes from all the objects he moves around.
Those fangs are straight out a horror movie
@@RedShirtGuy96 LOL, How do you think Freddy Krueger got his act on?
Also can we apriciate how spiders don’t attack unless they get squeezed in their upper body to inflict them pain ❤
@@DaxterLthat makes so much sense!!! Thank you for taking your time writing this ❤
@@DaxterL except the honey badger, which just attacks everything :D

Why he shouldn´t be okay? That venom has less potency to endanger human than common bee sting. He dramatized situation for views.

I’m amazed how even after taking the bite he still has presence of mind to gently and carefully place the spider back in the display case
Also crazy that the male didn’t want to bite impressive that a female bites😂😂😂

The Rats were one of the friendliest animals and smartest yet people feed them to their snakes. Those demon hamsters should be the food instead.
Also the top friendliest reptiles were the Rosy Boa, Leopard Gecko and Bearded Dragoon.
The friendliest fish was the Ocellaris Clownfish, they have awesome personalities and will actually play with your hand once they get to know you. And yes, they can recognize individual people.
