Yesterday I forgot ignition at start up. With no light up, I cut fuel, then ignition on, while starter running. Ended up with a burned starter. Amazing detail that next attempt, the starter engaged for a few seconds, then c/b pops.
This guy, along with Black Square guy, so called "amateurs'" - put the pro developers way back in the dust. Pro developers with compared mediocre products should be ashamed to ask a higher price than this aircraft. Just check the 144 page high quality documentation for FSR500. No pro developers is even close to this documentation.
And with a product like this, we can put an end to what is best sim: X Plane or MSFS.
You should check out the documentation for Xtreme Prototypes's Learjet for P3D (300+ pages) and Eagle Dynamics A-10C for DCS (800+ pages).
Excellent video! Cannot believe Raul has achieved this while holding down a full-time job and (even harder) marriage/family...... If he delivers a 727 to anywhere near this standard then I will be very happy indeed. Only one request to him - PLEASE give us a freighter version - I always prefer freight sectors on my VA and I am disappointed the JF A300 and Aerosoft 330 will not have that. Obvs will get the 777F and MD11F when available but the 727 is awesome.
I will buy the FSR just to support Raul - it's deserved.
Great interview. Personally I am not much into GA or smaller aircraft but the news about the 727 got me excited. If the 727 receives the same level of detail as this one then I would purchase it day one. I will end up getting this plane to help fund the 727 project. :)
Phenom 300 was my favorite during my years with fsx/p3d. Love the airplane. Im looking forward to the release. An amazing job for this Piper.

Enjoyable video, I've previously only really flown airliners and retro airliners in the sim, once I'm back home I'll pick this aircraft up!

The quality difference between the Sting and the FSR500 is crazy. It does not feel like they're from the same developer.

Totally agree with Raul, if I was using his aircraft simply to match numbers I would take a course in pure mathematics not use a flight sim.

This is helpful. I did have an issue with my generator, where the braker popped and would not go back in, or would go in and then quickly pop. I couldn't do anything on the maintenance page. I ended up having to reset the plane and eventually uninstall and re-install the plane. I am still not sure what went wrong or why the fix didn't work, but thanks for doing this video.

@737NG Driver, did Señor Raul mention an X-Plane 12 M500 version? X-Plane 12 doesn't have as many restrictions in aircraft development metrics as MSFS2020 does.
This plane was advertised on the main page of the Xbox market place a few weeks ago but looking on the store, it's not there
1:20:58 now I know why my m500 had fuel pressure warning at fl290 on the way between Kanada and greenland, I lost speed and turns of the autopilot. And at 8000 feet my airplane came slowly back. I thought it was a bug. 😮 But noi had frozen fuel. 😮

Probably licensing reasons I could imagine. Seen it a few times in different flight sim projects that manufacturers wanted insane amounts of money, sometimes higher than the entire revenue of the project is going to be.

This fsr seems like a better purchase over the Black square TBM. One thing I've always disliked about fs failures and checklists is that as a whole they come as pointless if you know they're coming. So randomness is great.... But then you lack the knowledge and documentation to deal with them realistically in the air. And checklists... Can have switches in random positions as if flown by other pilots so you actually have to check what you're reading. I skip most checklist items because I already know they will be fine in my sim.

Oh come on. We need more Airbus aircraft in MSFS. 😃 I wonder if the Phenom wouldn’t have standby instruments as well? We’re getting a lot of variety but too many developers are cutting corners by using default Garmin panels and omitting the FMS/CDU, accessory gauges, sounds, and so forth. It almost makes no sense to work on something for so long but leave important realistic features out.
I still dont understand the ISA thing.
