All Astons are beautiful, but these three come to mind : Aston Martin Lagonda, 1972 Aston Martin DBS (yellow one driven by Roger Moore) and the current DBS Superleggera.
I have to hand it to you Brit's in car design from that time period. Aston Martin and Jaguar produced not just automobiles but rolling works of art that stand the test of time. Bravo gentleman.
The English impress me greatly with "continuation" cars by Jag-war and now Aston Martin. This is SOOOO DAMN COOL!!!! To be fair Argentina deserves honorable mention with their recreation of pre-war Alfa Romeo race cars, and others as well I think. Plus you're honoring Zagato, my favorite coach builder. Thanks for the GREAT video!!!! Hello from NEW England, Maine USA! Shall I bring my hammer and come work for ya?
1:19 Race ;eaders are Moss and Parks in Ferrari 250 GT, and right behind there's a Lotus Elite. Right on the tail of the second place car. That's rather good for a 1216cc car in production trim
Unfortunately these days it is attended by many who are there to be seen! Not all but quite a few in attendance have very little knowledge of cars at all!
How much down, APR for six years? What does the monthlies come too? Comes standard bumper to bumper 35K miles or three years? Extended warranty available for how Much $ ?
Why, in the early part of this video when the DB4GT is being discussed as inferior to the contemporary Ferrraris was the Zagato featured in the imagery and not the the DB4GT? The elephant in the room is that apart from the front end and grill, the end product was almost a Ferrari Clone in terms of the beautiful lines.
Perhaps revisit your video title : How to build the most expensive production car in the world - I sort of enjoyed it but did not want to listen to so many people telling us how good and how clever they are - we already know that but we did want to see them actually build the most expensive production car in the world. Maybe another video about the actually build?
Almost eight million dollars? Two and a half times the cost of a new Bugatti Chiron? Owners must certainly qualify for participation in the "more money than brains" club. It is an incredible car, but is it really a "production" car? I believe it is track only and not able to be licensed for the road as a true "continuation" car would be as all the original serial numbers were used up in the building of the "Sanction II" and "Sanction III" cars.
Ferrari don't build replica's. But if you are a very good customer, they might offer to build you a one of coach built car. Eric Clapton have one of these.
Look at the resale values of current Astons. Current British quality is British Leyland. Same for McLaren. Horrid quality and terrible customer service.
@@1225KPH What cars resale value specifically? The only two that come to mind that have suffered massively are the original V12 DB11, and we know why. The other is the Vantage, we also know why. The DBS Superleggera is holding very very well, a V12VS is exceptional, later Vanuqish S are holding brilliantly
Aston Martin should have been sold to Geely. Alas, something went wrong and the deal fell through. Aston is now in a very deep crisis and its survival is looking unlikely.
Just a load of marketing non sense. Aston cant sell their new cars and just decided to make more of the old stuff and hope some rich guys will buy them.
Obviously its for rich people alot cars are. Most Paganis are not bought by poor people either. Alot of if people like reimagined cars the success of singer with 911s.
What's the best looking Aston Martin?
*This one is surely in the top 3.*
All of Aston Martin cars are beautiful. Now I'm in love with the DB4. Cheers
DB5
The original DB4 GT before Zigato
All Astons are beautiful, but these three come to mind : Aston Martin Lagonda, 1972 Aston Martin DBS (yellow one driven by Roger Moore) and the current DBS Superleggera.
I'm most impressed with the men and women who actually craft this car. Amazing workmanship, over the top quality, stunning and beautiful. Cheers!
I'm a small part of that big team... All the guys in my profession like people enjoying their work. Thanks for your appreciation.
They are an incredible machine. A little bit of my skills went into them . Proud to be British.
I have to hand it to you Brit's in car design from that time period. Aston Martin and Jaguar produced not just automobiles but rolling works of art that stand the test of time. Bravo gentleman.
Thank you, but we managed to design and produce some right shitters in the 70's
Sorry to disappoint, but Zagato is Italian ;-)
@@hagswisszagato is but the regular astons were english designed
Aa a student around 1970 I was hitch hiking on the south coast of the UK and was given a lift in a DB4. Remember it to thus day.
am not sure if i admire the car as much as i admire the unbelievable crafting skills of the people working on it . what an elegant touch they have

Classic Aston Martins are simply fabulous.
Work of art.
They are incredibly beautiful
2:38 A Le Mans race car with a front license plate... Different times
1:19 Race ;eaders are Moss and Parks in Ferrari 250 GT, and right behind there's a Lotus Elite. Right on the tail of the second place car. That's rather good for a 1216cc car in production trim
Saw bonds db5 today in the same colour too
Some cars are just above all, "art" in form and in function, and this is one of them. No point arguing, just marvel its existence.
One of the best looking cars ever.
RESPECT AND PROUDNESS!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!
Wow! Having never seen one before, I like it!
Aston Martin and Jaguar. The most beautiful mass produced cars to come from Britain.
Gorgeous
Again Absolutely Gorgeous!!
This and the Ferrari 275 GTB are two of the best designs ever conceived.
Beautifully presented vid and car
You should change the title to:"How to build the most beautiful production car in the world".
Couldn't agree more. I'm guessing the Bugatti Chiron special editions at 10-15 mill costs more too
One of the highlights of my 10 years working at Aston Martin was when I saw 1VEV & 2VEV parked next to each other
Just a beautiful car!
DB5. I remember seeing an old lady driving a well used DB5 around Newport Pagnell
Out of my budget but I have a Lancia Fulvia Zagato also designed by Ercol Spada.
Absolutely wonderful, take care of your beautiful pearls 😍👌🏻
You all need to good wood it's the best car show ever
Unfortunately these days it is attended by many who are there to be seen! Not all but quite a few in attendance have very little knowledge of cars at all!
Fantastic. Thank you.
Oh that is a sweet looking and sounding car, nothing like those 50s & 60s Aston Martin, love it and I want one, too bad I am poor
Masterpiece!!
6:44. The colour, OMG
MY DREAM CAR 😍. SO LOVELY. I WANT ONE
Wonderful video, such a shame FOS is off!
Has it been officially canceled
@@allensaunders449 No.
@@GoodwoodRR i assume you mean no its not officially canceled
not really. a break from that elitist nonsense will do everyone good.
A work of art. Made by artisans.
Excellent.
Magnifique!! (magnificent)😍😍😍
Beautiful automobile.
imagine someone somewhere could own a brand new DB4GT and a new lightweight Jaguar E Type .and have them side by side.what a picture!,
The dream
That's a garage
Jaguar XKS
What type of primer did they use
Us Enthusiasts are not interested in how much it costs, what excites us is the design vision and history behind these cars.
I'm interested. Did they say?

A perfectly beautiful car. As pretty as the mark 1 E type in my opinion.(Wish I'd kept mine).
for me these are the DB 9 and the DB 11!!!
DD300, nice!
Команда Aston Martin Works - это безусловные энтузиасты, профессионалы и фанаты гонок!
Lower mass, timeless desing, good proportions, better balance
Not sure what the phrase most expensive production car means. Compared to what. This is beautiful
Dommage de courir avec une voiture aux finitions si soignées 😭😭, elle est tellement belle 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Every time I see one of these I have to walk around it at least twice to take it all in.
Go Astin Martin Great British to see a British business flourishing
They should make the DB5 Volante again.
Nice
This is a Gatsby car for sure. Quality should be in the tirle of this video.
Morgan should build an early example roadster 4/4 series 2 retro
The proud & proper roar of the Aston Martin is a beautiful bold statement of British authority as compared to the egotistical whine of a Ferrari
7:53 they should go up to 11
Bellissima!
WOW!!!!

If you have to ask...
That panel gap at 3:09 is not impressive, or maybe they are following what it looked like, even down to bad fitment.
My birthday soon!
I just realized that the Aston Martin logo looks like the db4’s grill upside down

Great car but this video is almost entirely free of any real content - even for an advertisement!
Hello
Why not keeping it correct like the reproductions of the original, race-bred Lightweight E-type that was created
Volume should be turned to eleven, thought everyone knew that?
If all you care about is the price, just put gold and diamonds on it.
Wish people wouldn't add music
This is funny it looks like a 2002 thunderbird
It's a British car as well.
The design has aged gracefully and fine, much more so than for example the Jaguar E type. No one can afford it obviously but good looking nevertheless
That is, to me, the definition of a « noble » car, everything about a DB4 GT Zagato is pure
👍👍👍
Ok, so how much?

I suspect in countries like Dubai they'll likely be road driven. And probably sell them all there.
I’ll wait a few years till they start showing up secondhand and more affordable 😂
Probably gonna be even more expensive 2. hand!
“How to build the most expensive production car”
Start with any car and simply increase the price tag
WHY NOT GO TO 11?
3 adverts!! All the same bloody thing

Gosh, wouldn't mind having one of these. But as soon as I'd take it out for a drive some beaner in a crappy Nissan or Honda would smash it.
All that time and money and they put the devils work, flathead/slotted screws in the headlight covers!
Is it "Zu-gah-toe" or "Zaga-toh"?
Ferrari you need to step your Game Up!
Ferrari don't build replica's. But if you are a very good customer, they might offer to build you a one of coach built car. Eric Clapton have one of these.
Can they really be called "Zagato" when they have been produced solely at Newport Pagnell ?
The term "british quality" is an oxymoron.
You can blame British Leyland for that. This is a different animal entirely.
Why do you use a YT handle implying Agent Bond? A VERY British agent, with style and class. But not very realistic.....
Look at the resale values of current Astons. Current British quality is British Leyland. Same for McLaren. Horrid quality and terrible customer service.

We have a long and proud history of engineering innovation.
Nope! Should’ve left well alone, 19 cars it was and 19 cars it always will be.
Aston Martin should have been sold to Geely. Alas, something went wrong and the deal fell through. Aston is now in a very deep crisis and its survival is looking unlikely.
You conveniently forgot to show the 200 hours of blocking and filler that go into these cars.

Who do you think buys Aston Martin anyway? Rich people. No one making £20k a year is buying an AM.
