Maddux is the greatest pitcher of all time in my estimation. If he got you down in the count , that at bar was over. Period.

Maddux is the GOAT pitcher. He pitched during the steroid era and dominated. That says a lot.

Maddox is the GOAT. His numbers in the long ball HGH/steroid era confirm that.

5:09 one of my favorite videos ever was Bobby told Glavine to retaliate and throw at Dale Murphy. Glavine threw 4 easily avoidable softies, got thrown out, and angrily walked off the field. Bobby’s oops face was priceless.

One thing about that staff is those guys were all professionals. Reliable, focused, and consistent. Shame they only won one championship I believe.

The reason that current pitchers probably won't win 300 games is that even the best ones barely pitch 200 innings a season, go more than six innings a game, or make more than 30 starts a season.

My favorite pitcher of all time. Being a lefty like Tom just made him my biggest hero. He also got the W in game 7 of the 95 World Series. Glad u mentioned Avery, so understand under the Atlanta big 3. Tom, John, Greg, and Steve that’s 90s baseball to me.

    Mr. Glavine:
No more 300 game winners perhaps because a lot of these kids are playing (THROWING) all year long? Travel here, travel there. Throw, throw, throw... I don't get it.

Great to hear from Tom, he was so steady throughout his career. Did not have those big down years like many do today. Anyway, if pitchers wanna cheat, let the batters use aluminum bats.
