I would never purchase from Dell again.They charged me twice for one laptop (this is a common mistake they make, just Google it), I made them aware of their error on the day they made it however that was more than two weeks ago now and they still haven't reimbursed me despite promises to do so. I also asked to be reimbursed for bank charges and my time as I had to send many emails and spend a lot of time on the phone but they refused so basically Dell have had a nice little interest free loan at my expense. Customer service was also very poor, especially over the phone as the Indian based call centre presents a major language barrier. I made more progress via email however the service was still very poor and they evidently didn't read any of my emails throughly and just gave generic (copied and pasted) replies. They've shown me nothing but contempt despite me being a loyal customer who has previously brought two other Dell inspiron laptops, plus batteries and Ram. I will never purchase another Dell product and I urge you to do some research before making the same mistake I made by buying from them!
