In this video, I look at several different TikTok’s related to customer service in the back of house. I give tips and insight with these TikTok’s, rather than just general reactions in order to help foster and education environment for people looking to go into the food service industry or even just cooking in general. Even if you are not in the food service industry, these will give you an insight into how cooks actually feel about certain customer service situations

You got this bro, you're a real inspiration to me I started as a dishwasher in April and I'm on the line now and your words about this industry have helped keep me going and focused. I'm happy for you that you found the right one. Peace and Love.

Congrats Chef! Stumbled upon your channel a month or two ago and I've been watching all of your videos over the last few weeks. Your outlook and videos have been on point across so many different subjects, and I think what you're doing is really good for the industry. I could go on and on giving praise but I imagine you get the point and I look forward to seeing future content.

I agree with your takeaways on the videos. Frustrating scenarios, but comes with the turf I guess.
    Happy for you, brother!!! 🤘🤘🤘

That Chipotle one was ridiculous. Something like this has happened to me as a customer trying to hit McDonalds' drive-thrus late in the evening -- sometimes a full half an hour before they're supposed to close -- and it feels seriously unfair. I work as a cook and I understand refusing to take new orders at or after closing time at any restaurant. I can even understand it if restaurants post a time for last seating and then a later time for closing (at which point customers need to leave.) But a fast-food place shutting everything down ten minutes before closing and refusing to serve customers runs totally against the whole principle of fast-food. If you've ever been a customer at Chipotle, you know that they probably wouldn't have to *cook* anything to build that guy a burrito or two and take his payment in about 2-3 minutes. They could even tell him that his options are limited if they've actually run out of something and don't want to start cooking a whole new batch at that point. It's also not unreasonable for a fast-food place to tell the customer that he has to take his order as a to-go because the building is going to be shut down and the lights turned off in 10 minutes. Wrapping up, wiping down, and doing a line sweep and mop at a Chipotle really wouldn't take long either -- even if you were closing solo, you could get out of there by 10:15. If you get out from BOH within a half hour after close, that's a really good night in my book.

I needed to make a adjustment on the video I keep saying Grand theft auto six cause I’m super excited for GTA six to come out but it’s GTA five. I saw the trailer recently and was obsessed with it and I was thinking about vice city so I apologize for that but otherwise the proposal was a success and I’ll probably do a RUclips short on it but otherwise y’all have an awesome day!

New world!…. New restaurants!…. You are definitely allowed to tell a rude customer to gtfo!…. You don’t have to be 1990’s nice anymore!…. Cameras are everywhere now!…. Let the Internet decide your fate now!…. Be polite!…. Embarrassing rude people is easier now!…. In the old days?…. It was more difficult!…. 🦉

I think the lady in the first video was in the wrong simply by her recording it and her interaction with the worker. Some fast food places have signs saying they won’t change orders at the pickup window as well, so she could have just pulled around again and gotten in line. Customer was probably fishing for a victim complex coupon for free food…
