Ingredients
500 gr beef
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
salt and seasoning to taste
9 Jalapenos
1 Green Bell Pepper (Paprika)
4 Green chilli fingers
100 gr Ginger
1 bulb of garlic (about 8-10 cloves)
1 red onion
2 Shallots
1 white onion
30 gr Parsley
1 Scotch Bonnet (or to taste)
312 gr Vegetable Oil (1 1/2 cup)
60 gr Sesame Oil (1/4 cup)
