- Reworked shadow is heavily reliant on proper positioning now that you dont have as many buttons to press while moving, so make sure you pre-position for mechanics that require heavy movement, so heres my POV of Mythic Kazzara which at the time was the rank #5 parse

Are you manually casting Void Bolt or do you have a macro setup? also curious what macros you might be using of note. Great video btw, I just returned to the game and trying to raid as Spriest with the single target builds and all of the movement has been very challenging ( i have never raided or any high level content as a caster). I started before 10.1 and the loss of movement even as a new player is very frustrating and has honestly greatly reduced my overall enjoyment of the spec. Mind Spike needs to be instant cast or something, because this change is very difficult for new players or probably anyone who isn't a high level player very familiar with the class., especially given this current raid and the constant movement required. Great parse
I manually cast void bolt, and the only macro I use is I macro my PI and on-use trinket together, BUT that might change when I get Spoils of Neltharus but I have to look into it more to see if its worth to game the stat buff from that

I definitely see where you're coming from, playing a caster at a high level in raid can be pretty difficult to do good damage on, especially shadow because pretty much your only damaging spells that you can use while moving are void bolt(only inside VF) mind blast (with a proc) DP and SW:D but usually you want to maximize as much DP uptime as possible so that feels bad to press while moving and SW:D does no damage outside of execute
Something you can do is play Divine Star instead of Halo which some people have started doing, but that requires you to be within 24yds of the mob
I recommend trying to memorize fight timers and stare at the boss timers in the fight to see when things are coming out so that way you know where you need to be and you can inch yourself closer to where you need to be during globals
@@TemprTV do you use Halo in a semi regular rotation on single target bosses? As a filler spell or avoid it altogether on single target.
@@HArryvajonas If I have nothing else to press (no MS:I proc, no mind blast charges etc) I'll use it because it gives 10 insanity but its also a pretty big raid wide heal as well
