Thank you! Thats a nice setup, I tried going with a Hayden chain tensioner but wouldn’t work with the 32t.

The one thing you failed to mention is how important it is to remove ALL the old Loctite from the bolt holes. Best was for the 4 small bolts: a 1/4 20 thread chaser and some brake cleaner. The large comp bolt (after you clean the bolt) is use a small wire brush. Ace Hardware sells a nice 1/2ish round brush for $3.69. Makes the bolt hole look brand new. PS... you used way too much red Loctite on that bolt. Loctite is designed to lube the threads so they don't stretch during torque.

Andrew at Darkhorse told me those four small bolts are put in at 14 FTLBs... with blue Loctite. I had to take mine to a professional to remove 3 of the 4, because they were so tight my socket broke, my 1/2 drive impact would not remove them and I ran out of ideas. I got new bolts from Darkhorse, I'm putting them back in at 8 FTLBs, maybe 6. They can't come out because there is a plate over them. I'm not going through that again just to remove those bolts.

They are definitely a pain to get out with how small they are I have to pick up some more thread chaser though!
