Thank you. I always enjoy watching when you show us the crab prices. I have to remember this when I'm out sweating in the heat trying to catch crabs with my kids. Haha, I'm saving money 😆
why do most of the buildings in OC look so old? I would swear a lot of these weren't there like 20 years ago either so it's not like they were all built in the 70's. i see a lot of new businesses but for some reason the buildings just look old.
@@DanielKestersCoast Many moons ago, I worked at the Days in on 42nd street. That was my first summer job at the beach. And back then, they required a 3 night min. I bet this weekend, you will see plenty of vacancy signs up and down Coastal hwy! Keep us posted on the crowds and mood!!!
Insane price. And I bet those are week old crabs brought up from North Carolina.

You're quite welcome. It was just a spur of the minute short vid on the way home.

The beach town was founded in 1875 and some of the buildings are over 100 years old.
Went to several crabs locations. None of the crabs are actually large or have weight! If you’re looking for big crabs … OC ain’t the spot
outrageous pricing!
I thought it was on the high side. Probably just testing the market before the Memorial Day Weekend.
What is the mood like down there as far as a good tourist season? Are business's bracing for a slower summer due to the economy?
It's too early to tell.

I can’t believe people pay this much for bottom feeders. They do taste good, but so unhealthy.
It's a Maryland tradition. It's not going away anytime soon.
Too scared to watch
Victoria has always been a ripoff…
They probably aren't Maryland crabs because I haven't seen a local waterman working Newport Bay yet this year.
@@DanielKestersCoast Probably trucking them up from the Gulf.
Thank Biden
What's he doing? Eating too many crabs?!
@@richardhales92 I'm sure he has something to do with the fuel prices the boats use to go out and catch them.
