The fact that people keep talking about how “well spoken” and beautiful this woman is is concerning. While she is all of those things if those things weren’t true she still wouldn’t deserve to have that happen. Considering the fact that the man involved is a coward and a liar (since the police report contradicts all his statements by an AMAZING amount---his 'girlfriend' is suddenly his 'wife', and an 'axe', really?) he's not a 'desireable catch'. I'm surprised the victims didn't think to record this guy's actions, as most people in this type of situation do. I guess the cops believed them anyway as he was arrested and charged. He referred to the female with him as his "wife", while the victimized woman referred to that female as his "girlfriend". I will bet anything that they got married really quickly so that she could not testify against this guy. It's called the Spousal Testimonial Privilege. I hope that Mr. Carey will follow up on this case because I would sure like to know the outcome.

I just had a colleague (from Puerto Rico) ask me why can't you people just let slavery and the idea that racism still exists go. It's not like it use to be. Reminds me of a situation I dealt w whn I was going to work in Southern California last year at a sports park. A game had ended and a couple of attendees were walking in the parking lot. One of them was obviously intoxicated and he asked me if I wanted to kill myself like he did. I simply replied no and something about that set him off. He told me that I should bc I "looked like crap". I obviously (taken aback by that) didn't respond well and he kept shouting, "You look like crap!" (all gay-sounding) as I continued to cuss at him as we were walking further and further away from each other. Only he was the same ethnicity as me (Hispanic). Something about male, overweight, drunk sports fans and their need to harass ppl after a game.. 👍🏼
If this women had a Concealed Carry Permit she had all rights to use it..
