We must position ourselves at the vangiard of new tech and keep abreast of trends in our industry. It is easier to be left behind today than ever before. Those of us who make the move to AI aided workflows will be able to out deliver the competition and expand our ability to deliver more projects in less time without necessarily hiring more staff. I hope this helps. Clients will sooner pay someone to do something for them than learn how to use AI to do it for themselves.
