I grew up with the V Smile, so much Nostalgia
these things are honestly more traumatizing than normal video games. I remember i had a one of those with a Cars game and the tractor part made me cry.
I remember having a v-smile when I was little. I was in love with the Dora game I had on there. I also remember playing this game called the Alphabet park adventure or whatever...
I remember the Dora game! I played that one a lot too.
I had the Dora game too!
Oh my god-The nostalgia...I still have this console with a BUNCH of games in my storage; Including the shrek one that my siblings and i use to play late at night on those square TVs that would shock you if you touched it with static on the screen...💀
I owned the V-Smile as a kid. Brings back some good memories.
Oh my god V smile.
I had one back in the day, and man it was so awesome.
The minute I saw the thumbnail? Nostalgia hit me like a train lol
I'm pretty sure the Vsmile is basically the Self-Checkout Chiosk at my local library. Uses the same soundbank at least.
That transition from console to console was pretty smooth, and I think maybe each time it shows up the glass is less and less empty? I have to check to be sure but if it is I’m gonna be super impressed.
We need a full video of Peter just making stuff with the pixel art maker
Game: Nom-Nom, Nom-Nom is a growing hung...
Peter: I'm sorry, he is what now?
Me: LOL XD.
The amount of genuine fun he had with the last one makes me happy
Peter's videos are something else. Can't pinpoint exactly why, but he's quite enjoyable to watch.
The RockIt Twist looks like one of those "How grandma sees the Xbox controller", but real, and tiny.
There was a spongebob racing one and I couldn't stop playing it. Along with a wall-e game about planets. So much nostalgia from V-Tech.
why is pooter in such a luxurious location this time even the transitions to the games themselves are fancy
Im honestly glad you liked the last one because I was planing on getting it for my kid.
Get it, they'll have a lot of fun!
I LOVED the v smile console! My brother and me played the included game so much that our family still uses some of the voice lines 😂
This is one of my favourite pater videos, that leapfrog twist seems epic
18:22 Peter's using space as a blanket.
My v tech innotab 3 s was my childhood and my introduction to gaming and I will forever cherish those memories of trying to keep bugs off my beanstalk and helping team Umizoomi solve problems
17:50 "patter learns how to be an NFT artist"
Haha, what a funny joke Sonic from the hit Dreamcast game Sonic Adventure released in Japan in December 23rd, 1998 and released in North America in September 9th, 1999
Peter: Video game console developers think about how to make the controllers the most comfortable.
Me: What was Nintendo thinking when they made the N64 controller.
I loved Batman: Multiply, Divide, and Conquer on Leapster. Turns out it was published by Wayforward, the Shantae people. The more you know, eh?
that game kinda slapped
@@alisande_ It was way better than I remembered. Having good sprite quality and animations didn't hurt either.
I feel like edutainment games shouldn't be either reskins of other educational games like sonic x, or just garbage or boring games that I bet even toddlers will find boring
WayForward's lineup of games they've developed is certainly wild
The nostalgia I get when I see the P-smile/VTech console oml
I vaguely remember what games I played on there, but not enough to know how to explain them. But I did have one of these(I think I still do? I doubt it tho)
And used to love playing it
The Leapster is actually kind of cute and made me smile. When you see a lot of cynical stuff aimed at kids, something that seems actually considerate towards them goes a long way.
Leapfrog has always been a pretty wholesome company. I had the original leapfrog which was just an interactive reading and writing book. Crazy to look them up and see that they're making video games now! Especially one that's still helping kids learn fine moter skills while learning :D!
The V.Smile was one that was nostalgic and was held to my heart.

*we’ve received dividends from our invested 401k*
Cousin had a V-Smile with like 20 games. Was the absolute bomb before I got my 3DS in 2011. Good times, can't believe it's already 10 years ago. Just a burning memory.
Same
The thing I remember most about having a V-Smile was hearing all these people talk about playing the newest Mario or Sonic game on their Wiis and PlayStations and the sheer humiliation knowing I was stuck with learning shapes and what the color blue was on cheap plastic cartridges with 240p graphics all thanks to cheap parents
I hate how accurate the whole **People clapping** "Hahah.. yes, yeah heheheh...." really is to every E3 conference ever
"They don't bang or bong in those videos"
Patter,you can't say that
I read this comment as he said it
The smile made my nostalgia levels rise my guy, Peder is ahead of his game
I would've had SO much fun with the Twist if it was around when I was a kid!
Aw man, Peter is such an underrated RUclipsr.
I love your vids my guy, keep up the amazing work
4:58 I used to have one as a kid but I remember it crashing and rebooting like that was a big problem I had with it
I had a v-smile when I was a kid. The Little Mermaid game was iconic. Great video as always, Platter.
6:55 dream stans when the subject of a conversation isn’t dream ships
No way, they made a game from my favorite childhood book! The Hung, Hung Caterpillar!
