You moisturize it when it’s dry. I said dont refresh it…moisturize and leave it alone. Too many people refreshing so the hair looks new. Nothing wrong with new but it’s too much manipulation trying to keep it looking new all the time. You can also spray moisture in and then smooth a little oil or butter over dampened twists /braids

yes moisturized AND stretched. I will also band these twists with satin scrunchies when I notice them shrinking too much
