I have done damage to my hair from not touching it for long periods at a time and let it get dry and tangled under my wigs. It's now about 7 invhrs, not sure what happened but I am very much an organic healthy eater I exercise and maybe I'm not using the right product but I spent thousands of dollars on products. I need help so I'm watching your video. I don't use braids or a fake hair in my hair so how can I do protective styles period my hair is very soft and it doesn't stay twisted or braided.
Sorry about your experience 🥺 You don't have to use expensive products, you just have to find something that works and stick with it. Most of the products I use are inexpensive. There's also threaded twists. Twisting the ends of your braids will help keep it in place.

Have you used heat in the past? I noticed the hair at the roots is a different texture than the rest. Just wondering.
My hair is relaxed. That's why the textures are different.
