There was a video from Project farm where he added motorkote to a lawnmower engine, removed the oil and replaced it with water. It ran for 1 hour, without seizing, and no real noticable signs of excessive wear.

It's been a long time since I've seen MotorKote. First heard of it on America's Trucking Network here in Cincinnati on 700 Wlw. Mr.Motorkote would come on once a week on Sunday nights and talk to the radio host. Truck drivers would call in to give their testimonials after using on their trucks. I used it on the S10 once years ago and it was expensive to me back then. $25 a quart! I have think you can add it every other oil change since it has great clinging properties. Your experiment has proved it's not a snake oil. When the Marvel is gone, I'll pick up some again.

Yep, now it retails for almost $33 a quart.. Although AMAZON has it for around $30, great stuff nonetheless 👍

I have just an hour ago used it for the first time. It is now in my Detroit series 60 Diesel Motor, in my 2005 Freightliner Century. I watched a test from another guy who put it in a lawn mower engine, mixed with 10w 30 He drained out all the oil and ran the engine on water for an hour. I was convinced enough to spend the $80 and your test just made me feel even better about using it. HOOAH!!!

This video impressed me so much I immediately went and grabbed some because…well, why the hell not?
It would be cool to see a video with this test comparing the effects of Motorkote on all the different top oils you recommend like Pennzoil Ultra, Valvoline High Mileage, Redline, etc.

I have been using Motorkote for 5 years. The enclave has 130k now and runs smooth, the Kia has 110k and also smooth. On a fresh oil change, it actually makes about 1mpg increase without special driving, and the engine is noticeably more quiet. I use 3 oz per quart. I also use it in the squeeze can for general purpose lubrication where oil is used around the house.

Used motorkote to get rid of cold start piston slap on an 6.0 LS. Got the truck and it slapped like a diesel, put Mobil1 in ran for 2 weeks still slapped. Poured in half a bottle of motorkote on the way home, next morning on start up it was quite like a normal startup. Been using it in everything I own since. The project farm video was what last me to motorkote btw.

Used motorkote in a 16 Ford focus with manual transmission since new. It's in engine and transmission. Use lucus fuel additive in fuel too. 315k miles on car and it still runs great . It's not running like new but it does start easy on cold days in Minnesota . Does motorkote or lucus work ? Not sure 🤔

I run Motorkote in my turbo 4cylinder, and manual 6 speed
I’ve added it various friends and families cars whenever I have some
My greatest curiosity is what would it do for a high speed grease like red and tacky in a wheel bearing?
I wouldn’t want to add more than a few drops.
but I really wonder how it would affect the bearing’s performance?
How would it affect the longevity of the grease?
Would it cause a short term increase in efficiency in exchange for decreased bearing life due to a change in the grease’s properties?

Maybe yourer not supose to but I actually put some motorkote in my gas tank every fill up about 1 ounce for 15 gallons. and another thing about the engine restore has very small particles that can pass through the oil filter same as the additive package in any pcmo. The particles size is what allows them to do what theyre supose to like calcium, boron, zddp, magnesium, sometimes molybdenum etc. i did hear about people that the restore messed up certain types of variable valve systems so do look that up at your discretion for your application but for the most part it should be ok to use.

@@77GR1982 I did a deeper dive since this post. After seeing the Cummins engine, they disassembled running coats. I am convinced I will definitely not be using it. The acidity is much too high and it ruined that poor engine, but it did take a long time. Running around it unfortunately with the acidity that takes place in an internal combustion engine. Chlorine is great for machining.

The man needs to learn how to do a presentation make it short and sweet and not a bunch of additional blah blah blah okay enough said, every very unprofessional does not explain how much weight was put on with each weight that was added over a 30 to 1 a fulcrum no showing the viewers or documenting whether each product left a wear mark and how much to wear Mark was for each product tested come if you want to see a video go to Project farm and watch the Motorcoach review on his program as well as motorkote itself
