Today, I present to you "Onward", my collaboration with Aloma Steele! It was a real pleasure to work with such a talented singer and song writer! :D
For those who don't know, she sings the beautiful song "Luna's Future" (which I remixed: • Daniel Ingram - Luna's... ) in the episode "A Hearth's Warming Tail" (S06E08) as Princess Luna.
I also strongly advice you to listen to her other tracks she worked on, which are featured on different labels like Monstercat.
The song here is about a "Moon Goddess", a tale about her and her main job that's basically to be the guardian of the night, to watch and fight demons coming from nightmares.
The moon could be, in fact, considered as her eyes which she use to look after the horrific demons.
Anyway, we hope that you will enjoy this track that we're working on for quite a long time now and, as usual... time for some links! Also, a big thanks to Faulty for helping me mixing this track! :D

Dallin Anderson I thought the 'throw your weapons on yourself' part was 'draw your weapons, arm yourself'. At least, that's what I hear

1) I believe it is more likely "Blood red *fills* the ocean."
2) I also hear "Can't drop this sound," but wouldn't "Can't *drown* this sound" make more sense?

Some corrections from what I'm hearing. I could be wrong, but this is what I hear.
"Armed ready to win the fight." not "we need to"
My friend, I don't know how you managed to get this incredibly talented woman to sing for your music but the results are incredible! Your style combined with her voice was something I didn't know that I needed but I believe that we can all appreciate the hard work you both put into this

I quite frankly cannot get enough of this song. It's really inspiring and powerful. The vocals especially really hit this image of Luna I have in my head for real. This song honestly inspires me to make my own interpretation of Luna. Stellar stuff!

FirestarThePegasus The singer of This also is the singing voice for Princess Luna. And her contract basically makes it impossible to any direct work for the fandom. Hence why this is based on a generic moon goddess.

Interesting pronunciation on some parts, but that's not to say it's bad, just different. Maybe a bit louder on vocals or turned down music because the gal has a pretty good voice and it's kind of a shame to let it be drowned out by instruments. =}

I just noticed that! The new mix sounds much clearer. The only line that still mystifies me is "If you've ever known", because I'm pretty sure that's not what it says.
It sounds like "If you very know", which doesn't make sense.
My best guess is "If you're weary know", which would make sense grammatically and in the context of the lyrics, but it doesn't sound quite like that. It'd be cool to know what it actually is.
Either way, thanks for making such a cool song!
