You know the army will awaken when its master needs it. Until then... they sleep. Ooh shivers, this is beautiful and terrifying.
actually, i think the nerath song would be used to summon the army and then this song would be used as a victory anthem and laying-to-rest song ending, as you said, when the last line commands the army to return to their former dormancy
The fact that she can make those dragon claws materialize tells me she can do many things with them, like weaving dark spells and forming any weapon or armament needed out of pure crystallized darkness while she merely stands tall and unmoved. Good luck getting through such defenses, can imagine her being the second to last boss on Nerath’s side in an rpg set in this world. And they say ponies can’t be badass like this, hah.

In comparison to Ayzat's theme, which is bold and in-your-face, Naegissa is more akin to singing something akin to a lullaby to the listener, which in the context of Naegissa her mistress, Nerath, the Goddess of Nightmares, makes perfect sense. In addition, while Ayzat is preaching about how you will fall to Aqasha's might in very harsh tones, Naegissa is saying the same thing, but in a completely different word structure that instead of feeling harsh, the listener should feel reassured and safe to 'sleep' under the control of Nerath. Very good contrast between the themes of the Molten Star and the Crystallized Night.

Well, to be fair, Celestia was holding back because shes didn't want to fight and hurt her sister, which is WHY she used the elements of harmony instead. So we don't really know if Nightmare mood could have defeated celestia or not.
well, not to talk ill of celestia but she did lose to chrysilis in a 1 on 1 so maybe she instanly resorted to using the elements of harmony because she knew it wasn't worth trying

wow, all this music is simply amazing, better than a lot of movie soundtracks to be honest. and if you guys are willing to go so far as to create your own languages, and languages that sound beautiful in songs as well. I know that this is just the prologue to your stories JYC Row, but I can already say that this all honestly deserves its own episode series.
