Unfortunately, this method did not work for me after multiple attempts but I was able to find a solution that DID finally work and will post it here for others to try out: "Try putting them back in the case, then unpair from your device. Open the lid and both of them should start flashing blue/red. Without taking them off the case tap at the same time 4 times. It should reset and now only the right one should be flashing." -- After you do this, you will know the buds are paired if only the right earbud is flashing blue/red. Hope this helps!

I tried it half a dozen times but it just didn't work for me. However, this did: Put them back in the case Then unpair from your device Open the lid and both of them, they should start flashing blue/red Without taking them out of the case tap at the same time 4 times It should reset and now only the right one should be flashing. Disconnect and "forget" any Mpow Bluetooth connections, then turn off the Bluetooth on your device. Make sure buds are fully charged, take both out and double tap the touchpad one earbud at a time. They should both be flashing blue and red. Then put your finger on the touchpad for 3 seconds on each earbud one at a time. Put them back in the case and close it. Turn your Bluetooth on and search for them, and pair.
