I just got that first part of the edits with Bryan jumping around.
It's a Quake/Counterstrike technique called 'bunnyhopping', with good inputs and a steady series of jumps you can move much faster than intended.

Together with the music it's a reference to a video "phoon to much for zblock" where phoon bunnyhops in Counter-Strike: Source even on servers with zblock, a plugin that was made specifically to block bunnyhoping.

Tekken 8 just taking the shotgun Bryan meme and putting it in the game would be very funny and fitting for the character. Shoot upwards for one attack and then a mid knockdown for another attack that lets him go for taunt oki.
