You see it all the time, people find a funny moment that happens and wonder how could it happen? It exists in the game for a reason, not everyone knows about it, until they suffer from it lol

Met a few Jacks. I found the most annoying thing about him is how some of his moves have near infinite range and a lot of characters can't punish them even though they are really minus on block. Then the sadge Lars player that I am found out by trying to b3, 4 everything, I get a very free match against Jacks who try to abuse their range.
9:41 yeah Jack players are *insanely* good at cheesing in these ranks. Miguel is also rare and poke focused but you won't knowledge check'd by him constantly even if you don't know the matchup but with Jack I don't even need to mention what will happen if you don't know the matchup. If Jack is honest even though people don't know how to counter/deal with his moves due to low pick rate then same can also be said for Lucky Chloe even though you despise her. By your logic, Chloe also has low pick rate that's why people get hit by her bs even though she's low tier so we should consider her honest just like Jack then, after all people losing to both characters just because they are "rare" right? He also has the same annoying matchup and rarity problem just like her but you still consider him honest and not her? Thats biased
Chloe is ridiculous because of her fast low and high mixups that also launch. That combined with low pick rate, combined with how annoying she is in general
