If you could please do a video on how to fix issues with Everbee email, my link to subscribe to my email list doesn’t work all the time. I use bitly to make it shorter could it be the reason why? also when it works the form works but the confirmation page doesnt , it shows a message saying the page doesnt exist.
How do you prevent emails from going to spam? I tested my own email and it goes to the spam folder, and I’m concerned that’s why my subs are not opening them
@@johnnyjones7410 this is what I received from the team! this happens typically if the person is sending an email to themselves from an outside provider, especially if they are using their own name and reply-to email address... For example, if I receive an email in my gmail that has the sender as me and the reply to email is also me, then gmail will be confused since it did not send it...that's why it goes to spam for you when testing it. Just mark it as "not spam" and the next one should land in the inbox. As for the recipients, it should be fine as long as they are not sending "spammy" content
Thank-you so much Leslie! This is so helpful!

Let me ask the dev team if there's a way around this and I'll get back to you!
@@helloeverbeeHello, was wondering did we find a work around for this yet?
