Hey everyone. Finally the DLC shadow of the erdtree has been revealed and it looks to be the spirit world / miquella DLC to me. Video analysis coming soon.

@@rrm1903 well, the helphen dlc feels likely because (1) there's literally reskinned sites of grace in the spirit world, (2) there's only a SINGLE item description in the entire game that mentions helphen, similar to the complete lack of forshadowing found with all past fromsoft dlcs. And (3) it makes perfect sense for the tarnished to go there, yet we know NOTHING about what the dlc would actually be about, or what the environment would even be like. I do get your point though, it just applies better to the "blind swordsman" and "crucible" dlc ideas, rather than the "world of helphen" dlc.
I am hoping we receive three DLCs - one for Miquella/Mohg/Godwyn, one for the Badlands/Godfrey, and one for the Void(the realm where Alabaster/Onyx Lords and Astels' reside).
If Miquella's Dream were to have a gate-way into the Helphen, I think that his dlc would be set-up similarly to how Ashes of Ariandel functions between the base game and Ringed City. You might be able to find a normal entrance into the Helphen from the Forsaken Lands, given the red grace we see all around, or once we defeat Mohg, enter Miquella's Dream, and complete that dlc, there is another entrance presented to us to enter the Helphen. Remember, Miquella MAY have gone to sleep to search for the spirit world, like you suggest, but due to Mohg and the Formless Mother's intervention, he's more-than likely being corrupted and as a result, locked himself in a stasis to prevent further interference until the player solves the issue (i.e. slaying the Formless Mother's avatar which would be residing within Miquella in some form). I like the idea of being transported to these DLC, but I do hope we get something in the world like a city or land emerging from the big empty space in the middle of the map (and it being visible from anywhere from that point on), or the Bad Lands being revealed to the East, etc.
I have been thinking along the same lines you have, we know miquella has been spotted in various dreams while he was st trina. So the first part of the DLC might be a dreamscape that eventually leads to the helphen. Like ariandel -> ringed city as you mentioned but also hunter's nightmare -> research hall -> fishing hamlet
I don't know why but it never occurred to me Radahn was behind the sun being locked in place. Despite knowing it was a star, the dots never connected. Which would've been helpful when me and another person were discussing why Malenia and Radahn were fighting in the first place (their idea was that Malenia was looking for Miquella and I was trying to explain to them I felt like the fight was prior to Miquella being kidnapped; her having left allowed the opportunity, at least by my logic). That being said, I do feel like the first speculation is an obvious (every Souls game had an arena of some sort other than DeS, albeit varying popularity). The second speculation about Helphen never crossed my mind (a lot of the lore-related items I've never had an interest in using and rarely collect on builds I make so that knowledge oftentimes gets over-looked by me). All in all, great video. Thank you for making it.
I'd get excited for any DLC they announce. If I had a say in what it was about, I'd want to see more 'alien' creatures like Astel or the Falling Star Beast. Maybe we get transported to a castle that acts as a 'ship' and it's just a bunch of lovecraftian aliens made up of stars or something lol
I would love them to release quite a few DLCs for this. One about Miquella, the Outer God of Blood, and the afterlife realm. One about facing the Outer God responsible for the Scarlet Rot One about the Moon(s) and recovering Miquella's rune (this could easily be added to Miquella's DLC One about the Badlands. 3 DLCs. The arena's can be added on to the Badlands DLC or just an update.
I’ve always really enjoyed it when Fromsoft actually include characters or people we’ve heard so much about in lore but have yet to see. Meeting Artorius was one of the greatest moments in Fromsoft history and they capitalized on his legacy to the fullest
They decided to go with the single most obscure piece of lore in the series I'm convinced which is the reference to the Helphen tree -- That's what I'm convinced we see in the new DLC photo
How did you manage to blow this so wide open in a DLC prediction video? Like damn, I am in awe of your knowledge and intellectual skill. Thou'rt a true lord. Thy wit befits a crown.
Here's a speculation I've come up with. To start Placidusax's fight, you have to lie down in an empty grave and time begins to flow backwards, eventually leading you to an arena. After discovering that, before ending up in the sky, Farum Azula may have been located just before the Bestial Sanctum in Caelid due to the debris nearby, I think it would be cool to be able to lie down in another grave stone and go back in time, but now in a pre-rot Caelid. You would get to see Farum Azula intact and fight Placidusax in his prime, Sellia wouldn't be in shambles, the environment wouldn't be infested with rot so you could see what creatures lived in Caelid before the rot and you may even get to meet the Blind Swordsman and take on The Outer God of Rot themselves, or even that giant skeleton in the cliff face when it was alive in a Wolni/Ceaseless Discharge style boss fight! It would also explain why the DLC is taking longer than usual as designing a whole new area along with potentially 2 legacy dungeons would take a lot of time, but I'd be happy with this outcome, especially because there are a lot of potentially hard boss fights, like Placidusax who could be Midir 2.0. Edit: Also that Helphen DLC sounds like the most probable one yet, as getting to see Miquella and Godwyn in the flesh would be incredible, not to mention the gothic architecture that Helphen could lean towards!
fighting a corrupted blind swordsman could be an explanation why the other version of the waterfowl dance was cut from malenia's moveset, as they might want to reserve that move to him.
Thank you Rageikari and Lance mcdonald for letting me use their footage! The video turned out a bit of a mess tbh but i am glad i can move on to other stuff now. Next video is going to be about stormveil! Until then you catch me live here: www.twitch.tv/kosmos_er
Well the DLC probably will take a long time, becouse they are doing some special shit with a bunch of story. Its just see how the enviroment story telling its in this game.
They're all pretty cool ideas for DLC. For my own preferences I'd love to see more of the Blind swordsman the tribe he comes from etc. more Amazigh/Berber/desert themed areas and items, but I'm probably overdosing on Copium at this point lul
The blind swordsman tribe would tie in nicely to a badlands dlc. However, that seems almost TOO obvious for a dlc, considering fromsoft's track record of completely random dlc content
@@ethanwashington6789 I wouldn't say it's an obvious DLC, far from it. Miquella DLC and Godwyn DLC are the obvious ones, the blind swordsman and his tribe are barely ever mentionned.
@@ethanwashington6789 That's the armor and the talisman I think, right? But other than item descriptions he's never mentionned, no dialogue, nothing. Godwyn and Miquella are literally mentionned everywhere (almost) and are prominent characters in the lore, so DLCs about those 2 are the most obvious ones. I still wouldn't call the blind Swordsman an obvious choice for DLC, it's pretty obscure still. Then again, who knows with fromsoft tbh we're just speculating, they might bring up something that was never even mentionned or just barely hinted to
@@gwenori7656 well you have the blue cloth armor, the curved sword talisman, the flowing curved sword, the shamshir (not confirmed, but its location and use by millicient is suspicious), the blue dancer talisman, and the prosthesis wearer's heirloom. He's also the teacher of malenia and vanquisher of the rot god, so items like the scorpion's stinger, rot lake map, and hand of waterfowl dance are loosely connected. I think the blind swordsman is too important already to be in a dlc, but i could definately see his tribe being explained in new dlc item descriptions. I think its unlikely that either will actually appear, though
I think that the moon situation is very "flat earth" like, where the moon and sun are orbs in the sky and not in outer space. which would be very interesting.
wow you seem to be hitting the nail on the head so far. if there is another dlc after shadow of the erdtree and its space/cosmic horror I will be ecstatic. I feel like the cosmic horror elements of elden ring are only teased a bit in the base game
The fall of Farum Azula could be an interesting one, maybe we get to see a time period where placidussax was elden Lord at the height of farum azula society, instead of the crumbling ruins we explore. Also, seeing ancient dragons (red lightning) at the peak of their power and maybe fighting placidussax at his peak as well? Or maybe we get to know the reason why lighting the giant forge leads us to farum azula, and find out the reason why it's frozen in time? There's so many possibilities for dlc's which the lore implies, the full realisation of the eclipse, the outer gods stuff like you mentioned, the lands between before the fallen ruins across the land, the reedlands, a time before nokron and nokstella got banished, maybe even a black knife quest and finally knowing word for word, who actually planned the assassinations on the gods, either marika or ranni, or the biggest one I'm hoping for is a dlc all about the gloam-eyed queen!
You get transported to Faram Azula after burning the Erdtree because it was planned that the Erdtree would be burnt with blackflame, but it must've been scrapped late in development due to lore reasons or something.
I could 100% see Miquella’s dreams transitioning into the Helphen, like how the Hunter’s Nightmare transitions into the Astral Clocktower, or the Dreg Heap transitions into the Ringed City.
As an expansion I expect SotE to be like the main game but in the dream world. The seven dead demigods we never got to know the names of. Godwyn being the final boss ala Radagon.
It's possible that we may get several DLCs, this happened with DS2, and FROM has hired more people so it's possible that we may get several dlc over the coming years.
Things I’d like as DLC -PvE horde mode similar to Bloody palace from DMC -A full fledged co op playthrough option Things I’d like to see added for free -X & Chackmark symbols to place on the map -X and Y coordinates for the map -cuztomize torrant
I really want the dlc to be the land of reeds, maybe there’s dragons there that are from ancient Asian origins, other samurais, that would be cool. New katanas, samurai armor.
There's so much for them to explore, but my personal interest is in Godwyn, Prince of Death. As an avid horror fan, his design is the first thing in quite some time to genuinely unnerve me.
the moon at the end of rannis quest looks like a waygate, maybe it's a gate to helphen. that could explain what the dark moon is and maybe why her fate was stoped by radahn because her fate is in helphen which can only open if a eclipse happens
Gael doesn't exactly act "kinda" like an ally, his entire plan revolves entirely around your success and your ability to eventually kill him. His plan is to get you to the Ringed City so you can pass to the end of time to slay him once he's completed his mission of slaying all others and reclaiming the entire Dark Soul. He needs you to put him down once his mission has been fulfilled and then also to deliver the Dark Soul to the painter girl to create a new world for all souls, existing in the final moments of the former dying world; because the process of collecting the entire Dark Soul piece by piece would drive anyone mad. Would have to agree he's underrated, everyone always mentions Bloodborne bosses when talking about the best From bosses. Gael's lore perfectly culminates the story of the entirety of Dark Souls providing a hopelessly hopeful ending, yet again providing temporary life to a dying world. His fight is challenging and extremely well designed. His theme is fantastic and memorable. His arena is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 11/10 boss, it really does not get better than Gael.
Great video ! Just to add some food for thoughts, an eclypse in alchemical symbolism can be described as an Union of the Sun and Moon which correlates to body and soul/mind... For the soulless demigods
Judging by the size of the game I wouldn't be surprised if the DLC took longer then usual to come out but yet have an enormous amount of content that touches on all the god's talked about in the lore that we never see.
The moon makes the most sense because it is the portal through which everything can go I haven’t beat the game yet but I know one of the endings consists of the moon
I predict we as the tarnished will somehow go back in time and if not then somehow reach the lands beyond to reach out to the greater will I feel like a good ending would be to usurp the greater will and become a greater eldrich being just like the bloodborne ending
Glad you mentioned Berserk, people really ignore its influence. All the Hill of Swords monuments in Elden Ring is direct reference to Berserk. Solid theory though with the Helphen
I'd love a post-game DLC where you continue the story depending on the ending you got. Something like fighting Melina after the frenzied flame ending or turning against Ranni after her ending
honestly with all the cool looking over the ocean scenes and ships/shipwreck icons all over the map and even some seen in game, my monkey brain wants a dlc with something to do with the sea or something. No lore reason, I just like ships and pirates
Just a crazy prediction but I feel like the DLC will have some sort of faction system, nothing too big but sorta like how civil war works in Skyrim where it can be ignored.
I'd like a "Land Of Reeds" DLC, theres not much lore about the samurai and how they ended up in the lands between. Okina,Yura, and Eleonora have little 2 no details about their origin
I have an idea I think they will do. A DLC I will call Consequences. It is obvious there is meant to be a story that continues after the end of the Elden Ring and it would do something Fromsoftware has never done, explore the choice ending of the player. The story I think will have to be in DLC as it would be too difficult to do so for an Elden Ring 2, but durable for DLC, especially with the far-reaching consequences of the choices of the character. Partly why I think a future Elden Ring 2 will be set in lands outside the Lands Between due to being easier to write without picking one ending that rules them all. Anyway, the idea was mainly developed when we see Melina has a death animation and her promise to kill you if you become the Frenzy Lord. Not to mention I can see a number of characters that would return if you try to mend the Elden Ring or help Ranni super seed it. So I was thinking of a DLC that is three or more DLC that explores a world based on the choice you make with a unique final boss for each of them. This would be the most expansive as we see the world as described by the end of the Elden Ring. The main bosses that come to mind: Meliana for obvious reasons if you become the Frenzy Lord, and it is a unique battle if she fights you on top of a reforge Torrent that she could fuse with as a second-stage fight. Ranni if you reforge the Elden Ring and she could be a tough fight with her flying around, magic, including frost spells, and close-range ice-bladed attacks. The new leader of the Black Knives for they wanted to end the influence of Outer Gods, not have it reforge in any form, and may see Ranni as a traitor. This will allow for a large way to create a new boss and subtitle way From Software to convey why the Ranni ending is the best since you will not have to kill a character you've grown to like in the game. Tanith and Gurranq are also possible if they were not killable. Still, could be interesting to see what happens to them after completing their quest respectively. Hyetta for its speculated Gods can create people, including her, for their will and the Three Fingers will try to spread. Could even serve as a reason for Meliana to return as an ally for she may have been kindling, but she may not be dead-dead. Then there is the Two Fingers and the crones themselves being another possible enemy for daring to go against the Golden Order. Plus the multiple characters you brought up as they try to bring their Outer God to the Lands Between.
Ranni, Miquella, and Melina all are working somehow in cahoots with each other. Speculation says that Miquella is riding Torrent on the DLC image, and Ran + Mel both know of/give you Torrent. They need to destroy the Erdtree, Melina. Bring the moon and sun into position, Ran + Miq. The lands become governed by a God who lets the people decide their own fate. Miquella can Tend the land as a 'God' of Bounty and Melina would become the reaper, guiding souls to their destination. (Speculation that she is the remains or reincarnation of the Gloam Eyed Queen.)
Miquella's inspirations come from Mercury, Hermes, and Ningišzida of Sumerian mythology. All three share the Caduceus symbol, as does Miquella in his needle. Miquella means the one who passes the message of God, much like the winged messenger God. Ningišzida was taken to the underworld by Hades, where his sister cried at the side of the boat singing a lament. Ningišzida translates to "Lord (androgynous) of the Good Tree," and is a seasonal, cthonic God; god willing, this tracks and he comes back without being subverted by the neckbeard. Mercury put the many eyed Argus to sleep to kill him, very reminiscent of Miquella putting Godwyn to sleep. Argus' eyes were placed on a peacock's tail, which looks much like the skybox of Godwyn's dream. Mercury creates amalgams with most metals, and was used in the production of pure, Unalloyed Gold. It does not create amalgams with iron however, the thing that makes blood red. Mercury along with sulphur is also part of cinnabar, one of the first scarlet pigments. Cinnabar is obviously very toxic, and was used in the tomb of the Red Queen of Palenque. Additionally, the God Mercury wore a winged cap. Both Miquella and Malenia are mercury; chemically, mythologically, etc.
Off topic a little but it looks like Miquella was trying to give birth to himself... like look at the cocoon, and then look at the cocoon shaped hole in the Miquella Tree husk where you find Melania. Its where a womb would be, complete with the weird pelvic bone looking roots. Anyway... I wanted to thank you for talking about how Castle Sol failed most likely because of Rahdan!
I want to see elden ring go to the land of reeds and maybe for once show us these lands instead of just learning about them in item or armor and weapon descriptions. Alot of other souls games talk about a land to the east and I know none of them are the same place, but for once in a game by from soft I feel like giving us the chance to go and see that land would be amazing as it's said that those lands in elden ring are in a constant state of war. I know we got sekiro but seeing something like that game in elden ring as a massive DLC would be awesome and would expand the games existing samurai inspired armor sets and give us creative look at the world outside the lands between. I've heard there were rumors of leaked names like barbarians of the badlands, what if the land of reeds was these badlands? And we go in and see barbarians fighting against samurai warriors! Food for thought really I just wanna see more samurai stuff in elden ring really lol 😆
I wouldn't hate a rot DLC, but it feels like the base game already covered it pretty well. Between Caelid, the Lake of Rot, and the Haligtree, we have more than enough rot themed areas, I feel like we'd probably be retreading old ground with yet another one. Malenia and rot both seem like at some point they were both going to have greater prominence in the game's story before they became what kind of feels like a side show, with no related endings and the main path focusing more on the Flame of Ruin and Rune of Death, but the game being the way it is now I don't think we need any more. Miquella and Godwyn are definitely the most in need of exploration, and if both get a DLC (either one for each or one somehow featuring both) I'll probably be satisfied. I'm more interested in Godwyn than Miquella, but if the latter's corruption by Mohg is explored I'd be up for that. Godwyn though feels like there was so much more planned for him, even more so than Miquella considering Age of Duskborn exists. The game makes a pretty big deal out of the Night of Black Knives, yet it happened long before the Shattering and while we know Ranni enchanted the knives, we have no idea whether she or Marika was responsible for Godwyn's death, why he in particular was targeted, or whether or not the event was actually related to the Shattering at all. My hopes for a Godwyn DLC are as follows: - Whether time travel, dreams, or a spirit world, I want to fight Godwyn, preferably with at least some elements of the Prince of Death. Maybe phase 1, normal golden lightning Godwyn and phase 2 PoD's Flames + Death Lightning Prince of Death. As a side note, have you noticed how uncommon enemies that use golden lightning are in the base game? Leyndell Knights, Niall, Fortissax (using one of Godwyn's spells), and the fucking sheep are the only users I can think of. Godwyn could seriously help fill that niche. Would be nice to have another undead/blight boss too, our options in the base game are Death (Rite) Birds, which are pretty cool, Mariners, which are so lame they're funny, Wormface, which is just a big normal enemy, terrifying design but unexplained in lore, and Fortissax, who looks cool but literally only has one death themed attack. Not counting Garris, fuck him and fuck his family. - The Gloam Eyed Queen, whether she's Melina or someone else I want more on her if not a fight with her. Since the black flame was powered by Destined Death, she could have a place in a death themed DLC - The Twinbird, I seriously hope From follows through with the setup here because I'm very interested to know more about the outer god it supposedly serves and what its relation, if any, is to Godwyn or Destined Death - New death themed ending, unlikely I know but Duskborn being a reskin is so disappointing, and unlike most of the other endings it's really unclear what the implications even are besides skellies no longer being persecuted - More blight tools, whether weapons or spells, blight only works in PVP but is almost impossible to pull off there while bleed builds annihilate people so quickly they may as well have been blighted. I would love to actually be able to see one of the coolest animations in the game in PVP on a semi consistent basis.
I found that Elden Ring is influenced by Berserk. I saw someone on reddit post about Godwyn had similarity with Ganishka (the unknown creature under Stormveil Castle) while Miquela is Griffith. I hope you cover these one since it supports your prediction in this video. Thankz
All fromsoft games (maybe not Sekiro, not sure) have some reference to Berserk tbh, like Sulyvahn's Beast from DS3 literally Guts armor berserk form. Which is pretty cool!
I wonder if *all* of these except the moon will be in one gigantic dlc that we'll see with the new few months or this will be a two/three dlc type deal.
I remember when everyone thought that an obvious Tomoe DLC would drop for Sekiro (which it should have, Actvision has never not made unnecessary DLC) but it never happened. I think the DLC will expand on the relationship between Godwyn and Miquella since the latter has an unclear relationship with the Black Knives and the Eclipse (Carian Moon over the Golden Sun). I can’t imagine any other Demigod being introduced except for Ranni’s sisters. Also Melina is probably Miquella’s dream self.
Plot Twist: There will be no DLC for Elden Ring, From Soft was so succesful with Elden Ring that now shareholders are forcing them to focus on a new game to increase profits. All the assets for the dlc are going to be reused for Elden Ring 2: Ring Harder

One about facing the Outer God responsible for the Scarlet Rot
One about the Moon(s) and recovering Miquella's rune (this could easily be added to Miquella's DLC
One about the Badlands.
Who is artorius
@@LordOfChaos.x he was the guy with the sword
@@LordOfChaos.x the corrupted knight from dark souls 1
also Nameless King moment was amazing
They decided to go with the single most obscure piece of lore in the series I'm convinced which is the reference to the Helphen tree -- That's what I'm convinced we see in the new DLC photo
Think about this. The lost city and seat of SUN. Then the MOON. and then the ECLIPSE. I imagine 3 dlc in a sequence like that
That would be so cool
How did you manage to blow this so wide open in a DLC prediction video? Like damn, I am in awe of your knowledge and intellectual skill. Thou'rt a true lord. Thy wit befits a crown.
Godwyn and Miquella helphen connection is probably theeee most satisfying lore theory
A dark cosmic horror dreamscape for dlc would be perfect. Fitting for Elden Ring and satisfying for the Bloodborne fans.
Yeah I want this to be real honestly
Thank you Rageikari and Lance mcdonald for letting me use their footage!
The video turned out a bit of a mess tbh but i am glad i can move on to other stuff now. Next video is going to be about stormveil!
Until then you catch me live here: www.twitch.tv/kosmos_er
Well the DLC probably will take a long time, becouse they are doing some special shit with a bunch of story.
Its just see how the enviroment story telling its in this game.
there's so much potential from the lore. i'm hoping for multiple dlcs but I NEED A GODWYN FIGHT. he's elden rings artorias/ludwig/gael.
@@gwenori7656 the blind swordsman has like 7 different items, which is a lot for a completely offscreen character.
Your predictions are so interesting and also seem very likely to happen. Cant wait to come back to this video after dlc is released
I think that the moon situation is very "flat earth" like, where the moon and sun are orbs in the sky and not in outer space. which would be very interesting.
Along with colosseums being PVP based, I would love wave-based survivals kind of like ghost of tsushima Legends
wow you seem to be hitting the nail on the head so far. if there is another dlc after shadow of the erdtree and its space/cosmic horror I will be ecstatic.
I hope if they add the colosseum for over stuff they also add a boss rush like Sekiro has, probably one of my favorite parts of that game
I could 100% see Miquella’s dreams transitioning into the Helphen, like how the Hunter’s Nightmare transitions into the Astral Clocktower, or the Dreg Heap transitions into the Ringed City.
never seen a video of yours but that ensha n miquella video looks dope af. gonna watch that first then come back here
As an expansion I expect SotE to be like the main game but in the dream world. The seven dead demigods we never got to know the names of. Godwyn being the final boss ala Radagon.
I gotta say the quality of this great informative video compared to your subscriber count is criminal. Keep working my guy, you’ll get there one day!
Another banger, excited for part 2 and for the next stream
Thank you 🙏
It's possible that we may get several DLCs, this happened with DS2, and FROM has hired more people so it's possible that we may get several dlc over the coming years.
Whatever they do for a DLC or 2, it will be brilliant, that I am certain of.
3:19 that art is very good
Miquella reminds me very strongly of Griffith. Both having a huge influence and looking for power
Things I’d like as DLC
-PvE horde mode similar to Bloody palace from DMC
-A full fledged co op playthrough option
Things I’d like to see added for free
-X & Chackmark symbols to place on the map
-X and Y coordinates for the map
-cuztomize torrant
I hope if we get dlc it'll be just as epic and big as the main game
Props to the true gamer waiting in line for the DLC to drop.
There's going to be 3 DLC's, just like Dark Souls 2, they have the entrances already set up in game. Each DLC will come with an arena.
Elden Ring Horde/Zombies kind of mode would be the coolest thing ever
Coop survival mode would be a banger
Happened by your content which was recommended by RUclips. You have a great channel. Love the videos
I really want the dlc to be the land of reeds, maybe there’s dragons there that are from ancient Asian origins, other samurais, that would be cool. New katanas, samurai armor.
There's so much for them to explore, but my personal interest is in Godwyn, Prince of Death. As an avid horror fan, his design is the first thing in quite some time to genuinely unnerve me.
the moon at the end of rannis quest looks like a waygate, maybe it's a gate to helphen. that could explain what the dark moon is and maybe why her fate was stoped by radahn because her fate is in helphen which can only open if a eclipse happens
would like to see a simular thing to Gael, where miquella wakes up, acts kinda like an ally, but becomes the final boss. (Gael most underrated boss)
Gael is not underrated he is rightfully considered one of if not the best boss in the series
@@aarondeyoung6315 I just only see people talk about bloodborne
This was an interesting watch! Great theories.
Great video ! Just to add some food for thoughts, an eclypse in alchemical symbolism can be described as an Union of the Sun and Moon which correlates to body and soul/mind... For the soulless demigods
I'm a simple man, I want more drip for my character.
Knowing From the DLC is gonna be some place that wasn't even mentioned in the lore once
Like Ringed City and Ariendel, when everyone expected Londor
Well Done!
I personally want a dlc involving ancient dragons and the history of farum azula.
Plot twist, we were the one who actually sealed away rot.
That's so cool that the warrior class is based on the Tuareg
Judging by the size of the game I wouldn't be surprised if the DLC took longer then usual to come out but yet have an enormous amount of content that touches on all the god's talked about in the lore that we never see.
Great video, I enjoyed especially in HDR.
Glad there is someone who watches these in HDR
Helphen - Dead warriors - Godwyns spirit was killed - Body remains in the Lands Between, spirit moves on to Helphen?
basically
@@Kosmos_er I'd be juiced
The moon makes the most sense because it is the portal through which everything can go I haven’t beat the game yet but I know one of the endings consists of the moon
I predict we as the tarnished will somehow go back in time and if not then somehow reach the lands beyond to reach out to the greater will
I feel like a good ending would be to usurp the greater will and become a greater eldrich being just like the bloodborne ending
Saw ur thumbail and felt my heart jumped 🤣 Really hoping it's true
hehe
Im hoping for a dlc based on the gloam eyed queen
Want a godskin’s dlc. There still such a mystery. We have only seen apostles and nobles. We still can fight. Priests, bishops, the pope, acolytes etc
8:02 - That's a solid theory.
I always assumed Malenia went after Radahn because he shattered Faram Azula(or was framed by Ranni).
I want to see more on Volcano Manor, maybe Tannith and Rya can continue the legacy with Rykard out of the picture
Glad you mentioned Berserk, people really ignore its influence. All the Hill of Swords monuments in Elden Ring is direct reference to Berserk. Solid theory though with the Helphen
Wave based PVE please!!!! That’s my jam lol
No lore reason, I just like ships and pirates
sea of fog dlc would be really cool, shipwrecks and sunken ruins
In my wildest dreams, we get a DLC about the Formless Mother
But who actually turns out to be Formless Oedon
Just a crazy prediction but I feel like the DLC will have some sort of faction system, nothing too big but sorta like how civil war works in Skyrim where it can be ignored.
I don't think the Blind Swordsman will be corrupted. I think he'll be vengeful we killed his student.
I wanna fight the prince in his death form as well as his original
that would be so cool
I'd like a "Land Of Reeds" DLC, theres not much lore about the samurai and how they ended up in the lands between. Okina,Yura, and Eleonora have little 2 no details about their origin
I hope we get a DLC that expands upon frenzy magic and allows us to fight Shabriri in his true form(s).
The main bosses that come to mind:
Meliana for obvious reasons if you become the Frenzy Lord, and it is a unique battle if she fights you on top of a reforge Torrent that she could fuse with as a second-stage fight.
Plus the multiple characters you brought up as they try to bring their Outer God to the Lands Between.
only commenting to give you more engagement on the algorithm
🙏
lol with all this they might just make an elden ring 2
lmao
Also 'Radika' tried fixing things by using the moon thru Rennalla because she wanted to study the primeval current? Maybe?
I want every single one of this DLCs. Hopefully Fromsoft makes something closer to any this ideas🤩
I hope we get more scarlet rot weapons, and frost lighting incantations
It would be best if it the dlc was about a character most wouldn't know about.
Marika will be another dude and Radagon at the same time.
Bruh i know im not the only who thinks Radahns castle music sounds like something that was in one of the bad boys movies💀
My hopes for a Godwyn DLC are as follows:
- Whether time travel, dreams, or a spirit world, I want to fight Godwyn, preferably with at least some elements of the Prince of Death.
Since the black flame was powered by Destined Death, she could have a place in a death themed DLC
- The Twinbird, I seriously hope From follows through with the setup here because I'm very interested to know more about the outer god it supposedly serves and what its relation, if any, is to Godwyn or Destined Death
- New death themed ending, unlikely I know but Duskborn being a reskin is so disappointing, and unlike most of the other endings it's really unclear what the implications even are besides skellies no longer being persecuted
- More blight tools, whether weapons or spells, blight only works in PVP but is almost impossible to pull off there while bleed builds annihilate people so quickly they may as well have been blighted. I would love to actually be able to see one of the coolest animations in the game in PVP on a semi consistent basis.
Some recent rumours about death bed companions dlc and fighting ressurected bosses in some underground area.
Very well said. I'd be more than okay with any of them.
Let's see if your predictions ring truly in these coming days
I found that Elden Ring is influenced by Berserk. I saw someone on reddit post about Godwyn had similarity with Ganishka (the unknown creature under Stormveil Castle) while Miquela is Griffith. I hope you cover these one since it supports your prediction in this video. Thankz
All fromsoft games (maybe not Sekiro, not sure) have some reference to Berserk tbh, like Sulyvahn's Beast from DS3 literally Guts armor berserk form. Which is pretty cool!
Good job mate!
Is anyone else worried that they’ll hold back on the really juicy lore for an Elden Ring 2?
They changed Radhan to Godwyn just to spite you, this is honestly staggering how similar these predictions are to the dlc.
That background image in your thumbnail is so cool! Where did you find it?
made with AI
I wonder if *all* of these except the moon will be in one gigantic dlc that we'll see with the new few months or this will be a two/three dlc type deal.
never knew that about radahn and malenia correlation
Maybe therell be a dlc for each of the arenas.
Great video! everything makes sense
Plot Twist: There will be no DLC for Elden Ring, From Soft was so succesful with Elden Ring that now shareholders are forcing them to focus on a new game to increase profits.
All the assets for the dlc are going to be reused for Elden Ring 2: Ring Harder
Woah man i came here for some speculation and you dropped some huge lore bombs on me i love it
